The price was competitive, the install process was flawless and clean. In addition to that, George took the time to help us understand the system better, and how to balance the airflow in our two story house.

I contacted another HVAC company before I found GVK on Nextdoor.com. GVK had great reviews. The other company sent a tech out, told me my mini split AC needed deep cleaning and the cost would come to about $500. That didn’t sound right because the unit was just deep cleaned several months ago and the house has been vacant for a few months. I called GVK and after describing the gurgling sound problem to George who picked up the phone, he actually diagnosed the problem without even seeing the unit. He then showed up as scheduled and fixed the problem on the same day. I asked him what do I owe you, he said nothing. That’s unheard of these days. GVK is going to be my HVAC go to company from here on. Recommending GVK to my friends. Thank you again George!

I couldn’t be happier with the service from GVK Heating and Air! I needed to replace my air conditioner and from start to finish, George demonstrated incredible professionalism and reliability and was friendly and approachable. Before the installation, he took time to explain what he was gong to do and after the installation he told me how the unit worked in-depth, which was incredibly helpful. He was transparent with pricing and offered extremely reasonable rates. It was very clear that it was important to him that his service is high quality. That can sometimes get lost with bigger companies. I feel I can trust him not only with installation but also with future maintenance. It’s so refreshing to work with a someone who truly cares about his customers. Highly recommended!

George and crew at GVK deserve highest praise! I spent days doing research on companies, brands, and getting estimates as I knew it was going to be a very big expense. Save yourself some time and hire GVK. You can expect a good product, great communication, and very competitive prices from a family owned company that greatly values your business.

It’s such a sigh of relief to find a company that isn’t going to overcharge you. GVK focuses on people, not sales, and tells you straight up what actually needs to be fixed—direct and clear! We had no stress handling this situation because George approached everything like the unit was his own and advised us based on what he would do if he owned it. He could have easily oversold or overcharged us multiple times, told us we needed to fix things we didn’t, but he approached it with pure honesty and integrity—and the cost was amazing compared to any other company! We were very impressed with George’s openness and how he walked us through everything so we truly understood what was going on. We have his number saved in our phones and we know who to call now if our HVAC needs any servicing or a tune-up. We don’t need to look elsewhere.

We really hope that when others research which air-conditioning company to go with, they look into this one and try it out. We’ve met with several companies, and none were as honest, knowledgeable, and reliable as this one.

We wish we could give six stars here on Google… that’s how good this was. We really hope others find this business too!

My heat pump didn't seem to be working right, George diagnosed my split system, called the help desk and determined that it was working as designed. They were here about an hour and didn't charge any fees. Would highly recommend GVK Heating & Air

I contacted George 5 years after he installed our ac unit and readily inspected the unit and made adjustments to reduce condensation. He is easy to deal with and honest. Didn’t even charge me for the visit.

Just had a great experience with George!

He kept in constant contact with us and set proper expectations on timeline for arrival. Once here, he was able to quickly identify the issue with our furnace with the description of issue and confirmed after a quick visual inspection of the related components.

He went out of his way to help describe how we could self-service the specific part (if we wanted to do so) should the same issue occur in the future - a tremendous value-add to the experience. Cost quoted for some other work was extremely reasonable as well. George was also exceptionally pleasant to ask questions of and made it clear that getting the best use out of our existing system was the top priority for him/his business.

Would recommend George and GVK Heating and Air wholeheartedly. Well worth scheduling out for this level of service.

I’ve used George twice now to install central AC for two different houses, and they have been phenomenal both times. They are professional, punctual, and really know their stuff. It’s hard to find an AC company you can trust, but these guys have earned my repeat business by being honest and doing high-quality work. If you want the job done right the first time, I highly recommend them!

Will NEVER use HOME DEPOT again! They have been unorganized, haven't returned calls, incorrect measurements, no communication with their installers. But, they do have my $20,000.
The 2nd kitchen designer had no clue, basically because he never saw the kitchen, did not know the codes for instillation.
Just an awful experience. IF and WHEN this gets done - there will be a 1-2 month delay.
NEVER AGAIN! I wont even purchase a screw!

They replaced a very old shower valve with a new Moen valve with individual cutoffs behind the plate. This was a much bigger project than I could handle and it was done quickly and cleanly. Very pleased.

David Hodge was awesome! Super friendly, wore shoe covers the entire time, and even removed them when going outside so not to get them dirty. Went above and beyond, was very happy with his work and he answered all my questions and wasn't pushy at all for upgrades like many other companies. Will definitely be doing future work with Bill Howe if this is what I can expect from their plumbers!

Kris was helpful, 💯professional, and really knowledgeable. He gave confidence and was conscientious of the floors and surrounding areas. I’m not saying I can’t wait for the next plumbing emergency, but when and if it happens we will definitely call Bill Howe, and request Kris. Thank you! Five stars!

Xavier came to my home to check the garbage disposal. He was honest, and determined nothing was wrong. Xavier was a very polite and friendly young man. While he was here he fixed a problem with the toilet. I highly recommend Xavier!!

Work not finished. Here is the one photo out of the bunch your worker would not send me of the water running etc.
I would like all his photos to put in album for future plumbing issues.
They only made 7” bigger hole. Saw leak. Excuses not to fix it. Still without water for over a week. Plants dying etc.
They have reasons and excuses for every question. Bill Howe should be ashamed.
