Called before he arrived as planned fixed everything and was very reasonable. Friendly fast service

Never came out, googled what we told him was wrong with the appliance, and expected us to pay $250+ for something without a guarantee that'll fix the problem.

Mark has been here for appliance repairs a few times he is good, knowledgeable and a nice guy.

I've used Mark several times. He's well informed, knows his stuff and he always lets me know how/why/why not. He always calls me back and provides GREAT service. I would recommend him to anyone, any time.
