Wish could have given zero stars ! Unprofessional and lazy service provider, specially front office janitor Debbie. Cancel immediately if you find them being assigned by your warranty company. Long wait time and no follow up.

I recently had my refrigerator repaired by West Coast Appliance Service through my home warranty company. Rocky, the technician, arrived on time and promptly identified the root cause of the issue. His extensive knowledge and experience in the field were evident throughout the process. Rocky is straightforward and efficient, submitting a thorough report to the home warranty company and ordering the necessary replacement part. He returned for a second visit to install the part, and my refrigerator has been working perfectly since then. I highly recommend West Coast Appliance Service for their professionalism and excellent service.

I spoke to representative that advised me that they picked up in Stockton and told me to place an order for pick up online. So I placed a order and paid $99 for 4-8 items because pick up for 1-3 items for $49 wasn’t available. The day before pick up I received confirmation for pick up the next day. On the day of pick up I received a cancellation due to they were not servicing my area at this time. I tried calling them for my refund only got a message to leave a message and they will call you back.

We bought a previously-owned washer dryer set that fit the very tight space we have in our house. The owners installed them and were friendly, responsive and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.
