Incredibly helpful and a great team to work with for your solar install. Helped me out with a tricky situation with PGE and also with my panel install. Very reasonably priced. They stick to the schedule they give you. Special call out to Kyle who worked with me round the clock to get the final PTO in place.

Kyle and the team at SolarLink did a very good job with everything necessary for solar installation, up until I received Permission To Operate from PG&E.

I initially reached out to SolarLink to ask for a completely hands-free process, since I didn't really have the time to handle any of the city-council or HOA stuff myself. I had tried earlier to get Tesla to install solar for me, but Tesla's process pretty much involved them telling me what to do and then having me do all the work emailing HOA and stuff. With SolarLink I was promised a hands-free process, which I must say was delivered on as best as possible.

Kyle was very responsive the entire time, even responding at night sometimes. He was also extremely helpful when there was an error during setup that sent the monitoring apps (Enphase + Tesla) setup to the wrong email address. SolarLink was able to identify the issue and remediate it within a day. This is a lot quicker than some other installers I've had friends/neighbors work with.

The only thing I can think of that SolarLink should improve on is to have a more detailed timeline in finer granularity right from the beginning, including possible vendor lien notices, payment, inspection occurrences, all the way up to PTO. Perhaps splitting up the payments (I paid cash) to fit into this granular timeline would have worked better as well, instead of having to renegotiate payments while waiting on PTO and such.

All in all though, if you're looking for the company with the most hands-free process, SolarLink is the one you want.

Solar Link took on a big complicated project of mine. I had an existing system old system (the company no longer in business) that wasn’t efficient enough that I needed removed, then I had American Eagle roofing replace my roof- then Solar Link came back and reinstalled the old system as well as upgraded my electrical panel and installed 25 additional panels. They also helped trouble shoot why my old system wasn’t working the way it was supposed to. I’m very happy with their work and professionalism.

Honestly, SolarLink has been a great company to work with thus far. We are very happy that we switched to solar with the costs of energy going through the roof. The owners, Richard Smith and Kyle are very responsive. Any time we had a question or concern they responded and were extremely helpful! Appreciate all of your help guys!

Daren and Dan were a miracle. They walked us through a new roof, solar, siding, and a new HVAC system. I love that my house is more fire safe AND energy efficient - WIN! After ages of trying to get my project started, Daren bent over backwards to make sure I didn't fall through the cracks and get overlooked. Dan was patient and took the time to explain various options and their benefits. These gents are very professional and I enjoyed working with them. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any project.

Very happy with our new roof and the Solar system that saved us enough money on our electric bill to almost pay for our roof! Excellent work and Daren was very knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions and needs throughout the process. I Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of engaging with SolarLink via Axia for our Solar Installation of our TownHome. SolarLink did a fantastic job through the entire process. First and foremost they helped us and provided all the documents needed for our HOA's approval. Next they proceeded with Installation. SolarLink did a great job for us putting in a solar array and battery back-up at our house, and at a great price. We wanted to capture and use our own clean energy and save a lot of cost in the long run, and we're really pleased with how SolarLink got it done for us at a very reasonable price. Installation team was friendly, professional and did a great job - especially Will. They even followed up on adding some drywall (I thought was just going to remain open) to a hole above the inside panel box.

SolarLink is the company name to remember when you think about putting Solar on your roof. Their price is unbeatable as their offer is lowest comparing to other companies. Kyle was like my personal assistant from start to finish as i made quite a few calls but he promptly answered, scheduled and notified what would happen next in this project from the pre-planning /installation/ Inspection. His crew was extremely professional with knowledge. Overall i am very happy with my solar/battery system which is now up and running within 3 weeks.
