Do not HIRE this company. Although I NEVER hired them my self. They were hired by insurance to do work at my house. Statefarm never paid them. Now they are going against my property. I have requested copies of the contract so I can write a check. However they refuse to provide anything that proves I requested their services or contracted with them. Save your self the trouble and hire a more ethical business.

We had an extremely positive experience with 1 888 4 Abatement. With just two weeks before closing escrow we experienced water damage in the home. Lead was identified in the home and the team at 1 888 4 abatement responded to my strict timelines. They removed all the lead required and were professional throughout. From Alejandra at the front desk to Juan who did the estimate and provided constant updates to the final billing process with Jan. A truly professional company that my wife and I greatly appreciate. You never want to go through the need for abatement services but if you have to this company is top notch. Thank you all.

I have been working with Boonmee for a kitchen water leak and the subsequent mitigation and abatement needed before I can get started on the repairs. My mom had a flood in her Master Bathroom and Karl came over to assess the problem and what needed to be done regarding the asbestos in the flooring and lead in the tile on the bathroom counter. He explained everything clearly in person and over the phone. Even worked around our schedule too. The crew who came to take out the flooring and tile were polite and professional and made sure everything was cleaned up when they left for the day.

Was referred to this company through my homeowners insurance as I had to end up completely gutting my kitchen over the discover of lead in my tile. I got the chance to work with Julio Carreon, Julio Guerrero, and Jesus Lopez. They were timely with the work being done, professional, and clean considering how messy the work was that needed to be done. Was also willing to work with any scheduling conflicts I had which was extremely helpful considering I’m 8.5 months pregnant while dealing with all of this! Highly recommend working with this company
