Sal and his team were absolutely amazing! The entire process from working with Kyle to Sal coming to cut the tree was fantastic! Everyone was very personable, friendly, Fast, efficient and was done within a couple of hours! Very impressed at how great they did, taking a huge red wood down in a tiny space. Zero complaints from us!

Our experience with save a tree started with our consultation with Patrick. He was timely and thorough and answered all our questions and concerns with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor. We were scheduled quickly and on the first day the crew showed up early and went over the work again to ensure we were all on the same page. We had Tyler Schafer (Arborist) from SavATree out this morning to give us a consultation on a Meyer Lemon tree that needs some attention. Our landlord who is elderly and has a real attachment to this tree was concerned about what could be done to save the tree. Tyler was absolutely outstanding in being patient, listening, and being very concise and specific about what needed to be done moving forward with the tree. I could not have been more impressed with Tyler's knowledge and professionalism throughout the whole experience. The level of Customer Service and respect is almost unheard of these days. Thank you so much for efficiently taking down our storm-damaged tree. Brian, Salvador and their crew did an amazing job for us, even coming back in the pouring rain to move our yard furniture back into place. They showed up when they were supposed to, were friendly and helpful and did wonderful work. They made taking down an 80" tree look effortless!

Having been longtime SavATree customers while living in VA, we didn't hesitate to call them about trimming several trees at our new home in Sacramento. Tyler, the arborist, was friendly and very thorough during the consultation. We especially appreciated his pointing out what we didn't need done at present. The trimming (two redwoods and a valley oak) went well, and the crew did a great job cleaning up after the work.

I was directed to SavATree by my city's official arborist company. I spoke with Tyler, a certified arborist, who gave me the time, understanding, and expertise to know how to move forward with a solution that will both save trees and save my house.

We recently purchased a home with many large trees. I asked SavATree to come by for a consultation. They provided me with various options for tree care or tree removal. They provided proposals that were very reasonable. They came to my home two more times to answer my questions and help me make a final decision. I was never pressured to make a decision or accept their proposals. I highly recommend SavATree for tree care or tree removal.

Tyler from SavATree was knowledgeable, friendly, and a huge help! He was able to give me advice on all the different fruit trees in my back yard. He recommended fertilizers and advised on trimming and pruning the trees. It was a please meeting him and SavATree is lucky to have someone like Tyler on their team.

Luis and the team were easy to work with helpful and courteous. My experience with SavATree was very positive. I highly recommend them. I am wowed by the physical strength of these men as the carried the large tree trunks effortlessly to the chipper!!

It started out well and quickly disintegrated. I needed 4 diseased trees removed and a bunch of trees pruned in my backyard . Asked for and received a proposal. Discovered my HOA in my new neighborhood needed to approve the work in my backyard and required an arborist report and site plan for project. 3 weeks delay for that but eventually received approval. Meanwhile the SavATree project manager quit. A woman called me to ask about scheduling my project. Informed her it was pending HOA approval at the time. Called and emailed once approved received. No response for several weeks.

Finally received a response from Daniel Evert in early July indicating they were ready to proceed and that he was send an arborist out to review everything that week. It's now coming up on Labor Day weekend and I've heard nothing since July 10.

Clearly understaffed, too busy or don't care about cultivating customer relationships. I indicated that I had near term needs for my project and was interested in a long term program for tree maintenance, fertilization and dormant spraying for fruit trees. Trees need to be taken care of just like any plant. Again, it's as though they aren't interested. Or perhaps they need a different person in charge of their local office. At any rate not following through on commitments is unacceptable. My job was a sure thing and they obviously didn't care enough to follow up after numerous attempts on my part.

The crew was great. Luis, the foreman shared insights on his knowledge of tree roots.
I have trees that needed replanted to allow for more shade in certain areas of the property and they transplanted them. I am so happy with the results.

The is the second time I have used SavATree/Arborwell services and both times I have been completely satisfied. They are truly tree professionals. Our arborist Cathie Bown provided excellent service and recommendations. She is an outstanding arborist. She came to our house on the day of the work to directly brief the crew before they started. The crew that came out were on time and did excellent work. When they were done they contacted me to review the work and make sure I was satisfied. They cleaned up the site thoroughly. I highly recommend them to anyone needing professional, knowledgeable and quality tree service.

Had a great experience with SavATree! We had a storm break several branches on our redwoods and Scott came out within the next couple of days, sent us a very reasonable estimate- No up-selling, no nonsense, only what needed to be done for the health of our trees. Very kind service from all professionals! Will definitely be using again.

Luckily SavATree- Tree Service happened to be doing another job in my area and came to our assistance quickly and efficiently after the high winds blew a big branch off of the tree shading the front of my house. Their work was very professional and quick. I highly recommend them for any tree related service you might need.

Luis and his crew wasted no time. They worked like an experienced team. They took care of the property and surroundings and were deliberate, careful, and thorough as they completed the job. Fantastic experience. Some of the tree trimmer companies that came by just said “that tree needs to come out”. With Savatree they sent Logan, an actual arborist, to come review the tree. We came up with a plan that worked best for the tree and then the team executed. Everything was performed perfectly, even in the rain! Pricing was very reasonable. Also important to me is the fact that every aspect of the job, from arborist to trimming to stump grinding to invoicing and scheduling is handled in house, they don’t outsource anything. A++ highly recommend!

We needed to have a pine tree removed because it had put its roots into our sewer cleanout. The Arborist who provided the assessment came in person - the others gave estimates based on photos only - and provided the most reasonable estimate. The crew who took out the tree and ground the stump were able to do the work in little over an hour and did a great cleanup of the area. Not only do I recommend SavATree to everyone I know, they'll be my first call next time I need tree work done.

I use Elizabeth for all of my property tree trimming and removal needs. She is always willing to come out and work with whatever challenges I have.

#Roseville, CA - My hubby and I work with a ton of contractors locally - but you TRULY took service, quality, and care to another level. Your guys on-site were nothing short of stellar and dealt with a lot of my "hey, can you come over here's" throughout the day. The seller and I had a lot of concerns about trimming and removal, and they navigated the sea of questions with care, thoughtfulness, and such a simple thing - a smile and kindness. It's rare I am blown over by great service - but today I was almost brought to tears as it's been a long long few months. Our world needs more kindness and professionals - and you guys brought it home. We had numerous trees trimmed up to frame the view of a house better without compromising privacy, tree removal, and extensive trimming. It was an art form. They were so sweet, professional, and left the yard better than when they arrived (yep, these guys cleaned up stones, bark, and nearly every little branch). With so many folks barking at one another, even when someone does an amazing job, we need more Arborwell teams in the world! The trees look amazing and so does the view! Thank you.
