Miguel came on a busy Friday and really was terrific. He explained the problems with me once I detailed the symptoms. One of them he had to research and he did it promptly and fixed the issue. He went out of his way to ensure that we were satisfied....not like some guys that want to run home on a Friday when its later in the day. We appreciated that of him. Good guy, typical of all staff at Sierra Valley. Keep hiring the good ones Mike!

We had a technician come out to troubleshoot our heat pump—they arrived on time, were through in checking out the problem, and explained it in easy to understand terms.

Sierra Valley completed energy efficiency upgrades for our church, St. Michael's Episcopal Church in Carmichael. I was very pleased with their professionalism, customer service, punctuality, and breadth of knowledge. The crew I worked with was always polite, hardworking, and helpful, and their CEO, Mike Hlavay bent over backward to work around our school schedule and solve any problems that can arise with old buildings. They were heads and shoulders above the other contractors who bid on our job, and their price was very fair. Some contractors don't work well with women. Michael and his crew were great in that respect too. I can't wait to work with them on our next project.
