My experience with CertaPro Painters was excellent from the very start. They were all professional throughout the whole process. I was really impressed with the communication aspect with dealing with them starting with Carrie in the office. The estimator was sent out in a timely manner and he showed up right on time. We received the detailed estimate in an email that same day via email with everything spelled out. Loved that! AND it was a very reasonable price! Almost half of the first estimate we received from another business! Evan and his crew, Sal and Sam did a great job painting our home in 2 days. Evan kept us updated on what they were doing and what to expect during the entire job. We are so pleased with the results, have had many compliments from our neighbors and highly recommend this company for your painting needs.

We went with Certapro after receiving 3 different bids. They were priced right and I really loved the detailed proposal. After we accepted the proposal we were contacted right away from the company and got on their schedule. Paint showed up right before they started at our house.

Day of the scheduled painting I met with crew leader and we went over all the details of the job. We did have one change which was our front door color which they handled perfectly. They finished the whole job in 3 days which was awesome!

We were super impressed with the finished product and recommended Certapro to our friends who are getting their house painted as well.

I would definitely recommend CertaPro. Brian Criswell was my sales agent and Evan was my job foreman. Their team was very professional, quick, detail oriented and did a fabulous job! We love the way our house looks now. They cleaned up everything every night, latched the gates (we have two German Shepherd, who love to explore) and let us know they were leaving. Five stars all around.

Super easy to contact them and quick turnaround for an appointment and estimate - Jacob came out both times to quote and was transparent and realistic about the work and options available, which made it easy and stress free to figure out how to proceed. Absolutely wonderful! The team did a fantastic job! Their work was professional, and safe. The team did a great job from start to finish! Cut down my 85-90ft DEAD oak tree, cut and stacked the wood, and completely cleaned up when finished. Great pricing. Would HIGHLY recommend! Before and after photos attached.

This company had many stumps to grind in our parking lot at work. With 2 cars in the entire parking lot they decide to start directly in front of mine, no warning! Didn’t ask any of us to move. Could have started elsewhere on another stump. My car was completely covered by the time I went and moved it. I would never use or recommend this company.

These folks are on it! They were out next day, and provided a plan of action to save a tree and scheduled treatment within a couple of days. Great response!

I scheduled an estimate to be performed at a duplex I own. I mentioned that there was a dangerous tree that needed to be removed as soon as possible. I live out of the area. I have no idea if they ever looked at the tree or not. I called multiple times to ask if I could have the estimate sent to me. Multiple times I was promised it would be sent. No estimate was ever received. Zero customer service.

I would highly recommend SavATree! I had a unique problem with a Coast Live Oak and they went to great lengths to diagnose the problem without charging us extra for it. Tyler cares a lot about trees and it really shows. I thank them for the good work.

We were referred to Tyler at SavATree by a neighbor. Tyler was very informative, helpful and knowledgeable. The workers were prompt and left my yard very clean, which seems to never happen these days. We are very pleased with their service.

I highly recommend using this company for your tree care. They came by and provided a very informative assessment and provided tips that I can do to ensure my trees look great for many years to come. The tree trimming was professional and they left the property looking great. I have trees showing signs of stress and they were able to infuse the nutrients so they will now thrive. From the day I called Saveatree the team has been very professional and responsive. They put me in touch with Patrick and he is a 10 out of 10 for customer service , he is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out 15 different trees that I needed for my property. I would recommend this company to anybody they should really ask for Patrick as I feel his customer services for superb. You would not be disappointed.

I chose to work with SavaTree after on-site interviews with a ½ dozen arborists. I have a fair-sized yard set on a 40-degree slope with lots of trees, and I have a lot of ideas and plans for it. Essentially, I was not looking for a butcher to just cut and clean up. I was looking for a company that would help me improve and manage this property over time. Tyler provided the initial assessment for SavaTree. I was encouraged by the fact that he really took his time and studied the property, walking up and down the slopes, not missing a thing. While some of his recommendations were in line with what I had in mind, there were many that I had not thought of that were quite astute. He has an eye for detail, so… that at was it.
Over the last year or so the SavaTree crew has handled a number of jobs for me, including pruning and cabling 50 ft oak trees, drilling out large stumps, and the removal and re-shaping of trees that had fallen or snapped during our last big storm. Each job surpassed my expectations. They are thorough and efficient. Brian, the manager, runs a tight crew. Kyle is the arborist now assigned to my area, and he provided my latest assessment, which led to yet another job well done by a hard-working and thoughtful group of professionals.
Ideally, this would be my 3rd 5 Star review for SavaTree. They certainly deserve it.
