We ended up utilizing nearly all of CAF1 Painting Services & Chimney Inspection Ltd's services after hiring them for chimney repairs. Water damage was discovered during the chimney inspection, and it was promptly fixed. Our gas fireplace was also serviced by them, and it is now operating like new. Professional mold removal was done on the attic, and insulation was then installed. Dust was eliminated and airflow was enhanced by the dryer vent and air duct cleanings. Mice were kept out of our basement using pest control. Roofers fastened loose flashing and repaired leaks. Our entrance hallway was painted and our storm door was replaced by their contractor crew. Everything went smoothly, with polite personnel and open lines of contact. We're overjoyed with the result!

They also took care of the attic insulation, which was long overdue.
