Charlie and Oscar are awesome. They install a refrigerator that customized and it's a hard work but they manage it well. They are very professional, helpful and very detailed and nice worker. They moved all the furniture and put it back properly. I gave them 5 star due to they are hard worker and very nice . I will recommend primeone install and make sure to req Oscar and Charile.

When we bought our Jenn air range from Arron at Pacific sales he said that the install might be tricky so he recommended Prime One Installs. When Carlos came out to do a pre inspection he said that the slide in downdraft installs could be difficult and he wanted to make sure the team he sent was up to the task. Boy were they. Pepe and Guillermo arrived and promptly removed the old range and started the install. I have never seen a team overcome so many twists and turns during the process. I wouldn't hesitate to have them install anything in my house and definitely will use them and recommend to anyone needing to install an appliance.

Prime One helped us with a very challenging installation - a downdraft range hood in existing cabinets and a tight space. Lars Appliance recommended Prime One as their go-to installer for special jobs like ours. Prime One exceeded our expectations and delivered above and beyond. Carlos was our primary point of contact and was great with communications during pre-installation, quoting, and scheduling. He explained all of the challenges that the job might involve and that success would require the company's most skilled technicians.

Installation day proved why Prime One has such a great reputation and why not just any installer can do this sort of work. Our team was Pepe and Guillermo, who were dedicated and professional from beginning to end. They picked up the appliance, arrived on time early in the day, and ultimately left our kitchen cleaner than when they started. Throughout the installation and as challenges were discovered, Pepe and Guillermo were committed to getting the job done right and were patient as we had to coordinate other vendors (like plumbers). It is thanks to their never give-up attitude, hard work, and ingenuity that our difficult job was a success.

Carlos & Dave came out twice ahead of time to survey our new kitchen—attention to detail that immediately gave us confidence. The appliances we had installed—Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer and 3 Miele ovens and a cooktop—are notoriously complex, but their team (Pepe, Oscar, Charlie, Ernesto and Octavio) handled them with ease and precision. They were exceptionally knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly experts in their craft. They even realized that I had been sold the wrong side by side kit to connect my refrigerator and freezer by my appliance supplier—without hesitation, they located the correct part, went out to pick it up, and installed it without delay. Super pros. If you have high end appliances that you need installed, this is your company. Our previously installed cabinetry and counter presented challenges for the cooktop, but they were able to fix those for us and give us a flawless installation. So happy! We used Prime One to install a new gas stove and the experience was easy from start to finish. Rachel helped with getting us an early appointment and then Ben and his crew showed up on time and quickly installed the stove while keeping everything clean and even taking away the trash from all the stove parts. He also took the time to explain that I needed to run the oven for an hour. Highly recommend this company!

I’ve never had such an experience. The installers Pepe & Alan were very careful and considerate. I can do a lot of things, but there is no way that I could do the level of work and detail that they accomplished. I was at ease during the entire installation. Very happy that we chose this company.
