For the past 2 years Frank’s Carpet cleaning service has done our annual deep cleaning of carpet, area rugs and furniture in our preschool classroom. His work is outstanding! Our classroom looks and smells great, what I love most is it last. Unlike other cleanings that fade and spots come back his withstands the test of time and holds up to 29 children a day coming and going. I highly recommend Frank Carpet Cleaning Service.

We acquired a new small mini golden doodle that only weighs 18 lb when fully grown, that left some small urine stains on our carpet. I called Franks to help with that. Frank arrived and was very polite and thorough with the cleaning. After about 1 week I noticed at the old stains began to reappear, so I called Frank's a second time and requested that he come out and re-clean the carpet, for which I gladly paid a second time . Later that afternoon the puppy left with another family member to visit for the summer in another state, were the puppy is still at to this date.
Again after another week or so I called Frank and asked him what his opinion was on this as now there is several horizontal lines with pet urine across the carpet that are approximately 3 ft in length. So he didn't retract the urine from the carpet he just basically moved it around. The old urine stains went from being a circle to 3 ft long horizontal lines in the carpet that was created by his cleaning equipment. When I texted him he immediately became extremely unprofessional, and very irate to the extent of insulting me.
Keep in mind I was just texting him because I paid him twice to clean the carpet and I just wanted his opinion on this.
I am a professional and I am happy to pay anyone full price for their services, which I did on two occasions to Frank.
Don't get sucked in by Frank's personality and charm as he will turn on you in a split second. Additionally keep in consideration that the puppy that we are talking about is a mini golden doodle that only weighs 18 lb when fully grown.

I called another company that came and easily removed all of Frank's residual stains, which have not re-appeared.

Please don't let Frank's follow up opinions try and sway you, as the puppy has not been in the house for 3 weeks after he last cleaned, so the old stains have reappeared. They are not new stains from the dog.

Very unprofessional in his demeanor and does not back his work.

Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

I used Frank's Carpet Cleaning for two of my couches after my daughter had such a good experience with them. Best ever job - so thorough without all the last minute add on charges so many companies do. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and they met all of my expectations. This guy worked so hard - plus he was the nicest person ever. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your cleaning needs. I don't know how anybody could give them a bad review - has to be a fake review. Give them a try - I promise you won't be disappointed!

We used Frank's Carpet Cleaning Service to Clean the tile floors and grout in our new home. Frank did an incredible job, the results surpassed my expectation. The grout came completely clean and the price was very reasonable. Frank was professional an very friendly. I would definitely recommend Frank's service to anyone in need of this type of service.

Another company stood me up at 1pm, so I quickly Googled a local carpet cleaning service and found Frank’s Carpet Cleaning. I called the number and Frank himself answered—I didn’t even realize he was the owner until the end of the call. His level of professionalism is unmatched. He said he could be onsite by 1:30pm, sent over a GPS link, and when I learned all of his crew were booked, he personally showed up to do the job. It took about an hour to clean both rooms, and he even brought air blowers to help dry the carpet—at no extra cost. His rates were very fair, especially considering how inflated prices have gotten elsewhere. Highly recommend! show some love!

I love this company?, I called them after someone had took advantage of me and they listen and told me they would take care of me. They came and did and amazing job on cleaning my carpet and even gave me a lower price on what they quoted me.
The carpet was super clean and dried. They were professional from the moment I called and caring.
They even send you text when they are on their way.

This company did such a great job cleaning the dirty carpets in the bedroom and living room. They removed the lingering smell of cat urine from the carpet as well. They are so kind and professional. Extremely satisfied with Frank's Carpet Cleaning. I had an appointment with a different company that canceled last minute, a friend recommended Frank, who came in and saved the day. On short notice he showed up on time, friendly, and got out so much dirt - I had no idea was even there. I was in a pinch, yet his price was honest, and there was no upselling or funny stuff. My living room and son's bedroom had a lot of pet/kid stains and now the carpet looks brand new again. Highly recommend Frank's Carpet Cleaning!

I’m so glad I found Frank’s! He was quick to respond and was so friendly. We had four spaces to clean including our tile entryway. We’ve only been in this house for a few months but the transformation from a dirty grout to the natural tan color it’s supposed to be was so embarrassingly awesome to view! He got the job done well and I plan on routinely getting our home carpet disinfected and cleaned once a year just to upkeep from our smaller maintenance.

Frank is absolutely awesome! I had an emergency at one of my rental properties, and he was there within 30 minutes on a Sunday evening. Total lifesaver! His response time is incredible, and he keeps you in the loop the whole time, even sending his live location so you know exactly when he’ll arrive.

The previous tenant left a gnarly stain, and I was sure the carpet was ruined… but Frank got it out completely, like it never happened. He also hit all the high-traffic spots and had the whole carpet looking brand new.
