My huge mesquite tree fell over into my yard 2 nights ago. I called -- this morning to follow up on the email (with the photos) I sent at midnight the night before, within 15 min the office personnel called me to tell me they could be out to take care of the tree today. The crew called and texted me when they were on their way to my house, and by the days end the branches were gone and the yard cleaned of all debris. Customer service is not yet dead and gone! Thank you so much for your prompt professional service. I definatley will be recommending your services to anyone looking for any tree removal services.

Everything started off great. He arrived early and finished promptly. We had agreed on removing roughly 6 bushes and a tree that was roughly 12-13 feet including the stump. I never saw him in person and I paid him through Venmo. Given his reviews, I thought I could trust the quality of his work. Boy was I wrong. I was surprised to find that he had only removed about 30% of the stump leaving an ugly mess behind. Additionally, on the bushes, he didn’t dig out or remove the stumps but rather instead cut them as low as possible making it even more difficult to remove. I tried reaching out to him throughout a 3 week period after he supposedly completed the job but I was either ignored or told “I’ll show up tomorrow”, which he never did. I am disappointed with Ralph and his professionalism. I guess he is satisfied as being viewed as a subpar contractor that is happy to steal from his customers. Im not sure why he wasn’t able to just stop by and finish the job I had paid for? I’ll gladly update my review if he can come back and fix it the mess he left.

Fantastic service and staff, guys are quick and clean, no trash left behind and took care of a little scratch on a window by replacing it the next day with no argument. They are great for jobs big and small, and they are licensed and insured! 10/10 will be using them for all our properties from here on out.

We have used Ralph and his crew from Big Leaf Tree Care a few times now and each time we have been pleased with the results. This time we had them scheduled for routine maintenance (light thinning on a medium sized tree) which they made quick work of. It just so happens that their visit landed 1 day after a windstorm and they were able to help our neighbor with their tree which had lost a few limbs on the same visit.

They really go above and beyond to take the time to understand what you want and do it efficiently. It seems like everyone on our street likes to use Big Leaf Tree Care also over the years that I have lived here.
