We needed a really fast appointment to help my parents post termite fumigation. Four Seasons was very responsive and flexible with getting a booking.
Shannon was the team member who arrived at my parents house. She was punctual, friendly and boy was she a hard worker!! She worked *tirelessly* (from 11:30 -> 8pm) performing a thorough deep cleaning for my parents. She was respectful, and considerate of their needs, but so extremely diligent. Shannon's attention to detail and high quality are really noticed. Shannon did not rush, she took her time and did a phenomenal job. Her work was most notable in all the bathrooms where things were *sparkling* afterwards.
Our family is delighted with the work Shannon did and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book with Four Seasons. She really set the bar so high and is phenomenal.

Buen servicio al agendar pero pésima limpieza, partes de la casa quedaron más sucias incluso después de la visita y dañaron una pieza en mi sink que tuve que pagar para arreglar, tengo vídeos y fotos los mandé y nunca respondieron. Cero profesionales y por el costo realmente no lo vale.

I had a very good experience with them, it was communicative and professional. The cleaner I had was Patricia and she was very kind. The job she did was amazing and had a high attention to detail. If I have to schedule another service it will definitely be with four seasons!
