I had called several different vendors including 3 who were local to the area and these guys were the only ones that were able to get back to me. They were professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to any one who needs service.

Matt was our very personable technician. He was quick, thorough, and within 15-20 minutes had our AC running smoothly. He will be our go to guy for HVAC issues from now on.

My swamp cooler would just stop running so I called these guys and explained the problem. They told me what they thought it could be (bad motor) and I made an appointment. Appointment time came and the tech was right at my door. He discovered that the belt was bad and the my motor was overheating and turning itself off. He replaced the motor, belt, and greased the bearings, for less then $500. Excellent service and has a 1 year warranty on parts!

Our AC unit failed yesterday. Of course, it has been over 100 degrees the last few days, so we were concerned. Called AC Plus this morning and they had it up and running again by 11:00am today! Jonathan was great and explained everything to me, answered all my questions. We will be calling them again if we ever have any problems. The woman that answered the phone there this morning was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you AC Plus!

Having just purchased a new home we discovered that the ac unit was in bad shape. I found ac plus on Google and visited their website which looked very professional. I filled out the contact information and issue and was instantly contacted by technician Matt P. We scheduled for next day service in which he arrived on time, was very professional and friendly. He refurbished the ac unit a got it back into tip top shape. He also helped replace the aging thermostat. I couldn't of been more pleased with his service and if I ever need ac servicing again I know who to call.

This company has proven themselves to be competent and reliable, friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive and we always feel like we get good value. We're very happy with the work they have done and will call them in the future for any problems we have and for maintenance.

AC Plus came out to check my unit. Omar was soooo profesional and knowledgeable! He called before he arrived and as Omar was checking unit he kept me informed of everything he was doing…I am completely without words on what great customer service I got!!! I need to tell everyone out there that's looking for a honest, knowledgeable, polite with optimal prices in air conditioning & heating services, look no further. AC PLUS HEATING & AIR is the only company you need. My mom's air conditioner went out last week on Wednesday. She waited and told me last Sunday, so my husband and I went to her house in Rancho Cucamonga to see if it was really broken. You see, my mom doesn't speak English. My husband confirmed it needed repair. I began calling around air conditioning companies Monday. I stumbled into AC PLUS HEATING & AIR. I spoke with an older lady there, and she convinced me to go with them. It's unfortunate I didn't get her name because she made me trust this company. So whoever you are, thank you so much for your transparent, kind, and genuine nature.

I couldn't get a hold of my mother until the next day Tuesday. I told her I was going to schedule her with an air conditioning repair technician and wait for my call and don't go anywhere. I called AC PLUS HEATING & AIR to schedule the repair. They amazingly scheduled my mom for the next day. I was pleasantly surprised, since it's the summer. Honestly, I expected at least 5 days out for the repair.

Wednesday morning, I was unable to be there at my mom's, but the repair technician, Sean, took excellent care of my mom. (My mom does not speak English) I am extremely impressed with Sean. My mom said Sean was fantastic! It just goes to show you that AC PLUS HEATING & AIR only hires top notch repair technicians.

To conclude, you cannot go wrong if you choose AC PLUS HEATING & AIR!!! I strongly recommend AC PLUS HEATING & AIR!!!

Amazing experience with Sean coming out to view our property. Had a few concerns which we addressed and he also went above and beyond by replacing and fixing certain parts of the AC we were unaware of. Definitely will be using this company in the future.

My air conditioner stopped blowing air through the vents. I knew I had to find an HVAC repair guy fast and I was worried about having some stranger with his hands on my equipment. I did a web search and found AC Plus Heating and Air with many hundreds of 5 star reviews on Google.

Omar Amore came to my house and diagnosed and fixed the problem in 20 minutes and it cost me much less than expected. After he performed the work, he spent another 15 minutes with me educating me about the proper maintenance of my air conditioner. He quoted me some pricing on a couple action items to do next spring to keep my unit in good working order.

Omar struck me as honest and thoughtful. I will use this company again for all my heating and air needs.

Air Conditioning had gone out. Omar was so professional and worked quickly to assess the problem. He had to order a part for us and will be back to install it this week. He had integrity and was a such nice guy. We knew that we had called the right place. Definitely would use again.

My heater was very old and not working properly. AC Plus was quick to answer my call, Matt was polite and courteous, and gave a reasonable estimate. Matt is the perfect employee, knowledgable and trustworthy. They replaced our unit, the crew was timely, respectful, cleaning up all debris.
