They’re probably good but important to know they only sell to contractors, not to individual homeowners

I called AC Pro Rancho for a service question. The lady who answered the call, Lynette, forgot to put me on hold, and laughed at my situation talking to her coworker. I guess I didn’t know Package Unit needs a special thermostat. Sorry for my lack of experience. How professional!

Not open to the public. As a homeowner i went to buy a part for my A/C & refused to sell me anything because I was not a contractor. I just went down the street to Ferguson & they helped me find the part I needed. With out hesitation.
