Dependable Rooter & Plumbing really came through today. Company was very professional and clean when working. Thoroughly explained and showed me what the problem was and went to work. Highly recommend Dependable Rooter… service , value, prompt response all came into play.

Tony was friendly and professional. He unclogged my kitchen sink drain and helped me change my garbage disposal when he could not repair it. He also educated me on how to do minor repairs to help me save some money in the future--he even cleared out my clogged sink faucet aerators free of charge!

I’d like to start off by saying I am beyond satisfied with the service from Dependable Rooter & Plumbing. From the courteous service to the cleanliness and professionalism. Tony is very professional and tried his best to knock out every possibility so we would have to overpay. His honesty and quality of service are the reason we will keep coming back!!

We had a leak under the sink. Tony came out same day, and it turns out the faucet just needed to be replaced. Tony was super efficient and a pleasure to work with. He had it replaced in no time and no more leak! I highly recommend Dependable Rooter & Plumbing.

Tony is the man!!! I had a slight emergency with my backyard spigot and connected pipe. My water hose was rusted and stuck on the spigot. There was a slight leak from the wall when I tried taking it off myself. So the next morning I called Tony and Dependable Rooter and Plumbing. He came out within a couple of hours. He figured out that the leak was coming from the pipe behind the wall. After opening the wall, he found the leak was coming from the copper piping. He was able to remove that piece of the pipe, weld on another piece and put on a new spigot. Everything is brand new! He also advised me on another water issue. Tony was dependable, reliable, professional, a great resource and all around great person. I’m so glad I called Dependable and I would definitely use them again in the future.

I was able to schedule an appointment right away and they were very responsive and helpful over the phone. Tony was incredibly courteous when arriving and fixed our plumbing issue. Definitely would use this service again, I highly recommend!

Tony came to unclog the kitchen line. He recommended the standard snake but also offered the hydrojet. We went with this company because we felt like they were honest and friendly and did not pressure us. We opted to do the standard snake instead and the kitchen works just fine now.

Tony was very professional and replaced our garbage disposal at a reasonable price. He arrived on time, took care of everything quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended!

I called and Tony he came out quick. He inspected and suspected it was my pool, confirmed no leak inside. He didn't ask for much which was very nice. I paid him a small fee for his time and just overall a very pleasant person to work with. I already told him I'm saving his number for future use.

Issue : kitchen sink drain in my double sink was stopped up. I had sitting water. I had tried liquid plumber and failed at unclogging it myself.

I sent a message to Dependable Rooter & Plumbers on a Sunday morning, they immediately messaged me and then called. A few hours later they were at my home.

They quoted me three prices. Good, better, best. I went with good because... u see the way my bank account is set up .

The plumber that responded to my home was Tony, he was punctual, personable and knowledgeable. He was able to get to work, opened up the drain to discover the root of the blockage. My drain was compacted with rice and food sludge. The task took more work than he anticipated but he still honored his original price quote.

When Tony finished my drain was clear and working great.

We are incredibly happy that we found Dependable Rooter & Plumbing 9pm at night, it was very late and no other plumbers able to help. They are very fast responding and they sent Tony next day very early on the morning and get our clogged sink fixed! He's very professional, figured out the problem so quickly ( even we have a weird double food disposal sinks ). We are beyond impressed and highly recommended!

Tony was dependable, honest and clean. He put on shoe covers to enter the home. I highly recommend him. We had a problem with the pipes backing up. He did a thorough test but didn’t have the issue when he come over. We did add super Drano a couple days before. Good honest man!

Our shower drain was clogged and backed up into another bathtub. I reached out and Tony immediately responded to my request to fix my clogged shower drain even though it was already late at night. He was very sympathetic to the urgency of the situation and scheduled to come the following day. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the clog very quickly. He was professional and kind from beginning to end. I recommend him for any plumbing issues that you have!

Tony came by in less the 2 hours on New Year’s Eve he was super nice very helpful and got the task done in less than 20 minutes the clog was gone and he had such a great attitude to help.
They were very reasonable with the cost and prompt with the service. I would highly recommend their business.
