Dependable Rooter & Plumbing definitely lived up to their name. They came out and took care of toilet stoppage at a very affordable price.
They were professional and on time which I greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend this company for sure!

They came quickly on short notice. They were friendly and had good communication. Tony told me what I needed to fix the broken seal and stop the leak on my toilet. I paid a reasonable price for only what I needed done. He even put me in touch with a restoration company for the water damage. I’m grateful for a good experience start to finish! Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!!

Tony gave me a call immediately upon submitting an emergency request after tenants reported toilet and shower clog with sewage backing up into the shower. He coordinated a time with them to come investigate, and communicated with me clearly on what he believed the problem was, then got to work on a solution. He was able to get the toilet and shower back in working order, and explained what needed to be done to prevent further issues. I appreciate Tony's professionalism

My water heater went CAPUT on me and I panicked. Called and spoke to Tony who immediately calmed me down and was nice enough to come out on a SUNDAY to treasure care of me. Tony arrived when he said he would and diagnosed that I needed a new water heater and saw that my entire setup was outdated and corroded. He assigned Arturo to complete the installation and he did a BEAUTIFUL job. No lie, Tony and Arturo saved my family's LIFE. They were respectful, reasonable when it came to the bill, AND you can tell they really care about their customers in the way they speak with you. I will hire Tony and his crew for any future jobs and recommend them to all. Thanks Tony and Arturo!!!

Having issue with slow draining and sometime backup issue with the Kitchen and Laundary drain line. They come out quicky clear the clog and did a scoop inspection of the line for a very reasonable cost.

They clean up everything after they are done, and not leaving a mess like other plumbing service I used before.

Dependable. Professional. Quick response. AND friendly. I accidentally lost a toilet cleaning pad while cleaning the toilet a little too vigorously. Was in denial for a week that there was a partial clog. Finally reached out on Saturday evening and got an appt for Sunday noon within half an hour. For it being a Sunday, getting such quick response, and having the clog problem resolved within 20 minutes, the price was more than fair. I will call you guys back in the future for any plumbing needs. Thank you!!

I had a Dependable Rooter and Plumbing representative come out to my home today. I was quite impressed with him. Up front and direct to fix my kitchen sink which wasn't draining very well and did not respond to chemical agents being used he offered a price a flat rate of $898 for people whom located his company on YELP, for a snake and hydro jetting to clean out the debris or whatever else was building up over these last few decades. He worked through the plumbers kitchen clean out line. Once the hydro jetting got stuck, he took that out and snaked the drain again then hydro jetted again. He wound up snaking the drain four times and using the hydro jet four times to clear up the debris. He had suggested that once complete I put in a hot gallon or so of water down the drain just to be sure it runs nice and clear as he was packing up and leaving, I had warmed up the large pot of water poured it down the drain while running the sink at the same time; after the entire po went down the drain only then did the water level begin to rise again. Most of the items were picked up, his area cleaned, however the sinks were starting to fill back up. The representative then had to unpack and set himself up again with the hydro jet and the snake to clean it out. No complaints, smiling, and friendly the entire time. This should be the standard for all plumbers professional and courteous. I paid through Zelle for fast direct payment.

Had a great experience with Tony the plumber and his team. He showed up on time and has a really great attitude. He came and fixed our garbage disposal exceptionally fast and ensure everything is working smoothly. I highly recommend dependable rooter and their team of specialists.

Tony arrived on time and was honest about the issue. He did not press the matter and actually provided an honest diagnoses on my toilet issue. Turns out the issue was much smaller than I expected. Tony reassured the problem will be fixed and did not exaggerate the issue which was much appreciated. He did not upsell the fix but provided a reasonable price on repair.
