This was the worst job I have ever experienced. Big scammers

First time using them and we are happy. They got out a ton of stains on chairs and benches. Will use them again!

Was quoted a $80- service for two small rooms, i prepped the rooms by taking everything out for our 4pm appt. Cleaner came in and said a deep cleaning would come out to $250-, I explained that the basic cleaning for $80- would be just fine, he said okay let me go to my truck , he then just got in his car and left that he didn’t want to waste his time.

this is my second time using bright star carpet service and i won’t be calling anyone else for carpet cleaning! i was referred by a family member after our pets had accidents on our new carpet. they had no trouble getting the stains out, even after another company couldn’t do it before. most recently, kaden and antonio came out to our place in rancho palos verdes to clean another room with stain removal, plus an upholstered chair and a sectional. they were so thorough with the furniture! i really appreciate how careful, professional, and friendly these guys are and would definitely recommend.
