Constraction reviews in Rancho Santa Fe, California

I wanted to have the floor of my garage epoxied, and Arie from Wolman Construction came out to survey the work area and give me a quote, which I approved. After getting the approval from the HOA, I called the company back and they started the following Friday with power washing the floor. Saturday, they started with the first layer and confetti (in a pretty royal blue/grey/white/black). I was told the floor might be ready on Tuesday, but the guys (Armando and one other) got both layers done on Saturday, with curing thru Sunday night. I was able to put my car in the garage Monday night. It looks stunning!

Professional management and crew. Kept the mess and noise to a minimum and respected the neighbors.

I highly recommend Wolman Construction. They did a great job, and finished on time. I’ll use them again!

Had experience working with Wolman, handled the permit and the work nicely highly recommended!

These guys do a great job. Quality work, finished ahead of schedule and on budget. I'd definitely recommend them and would use them again for future projects!

Arie was very attentive and patient with us, you can tell he is wry knowledgeable about construction and upper scale house improvements

Wolman Construction did the remodel on our home — from the kitchen and master bath to the floors and paint — and they were absolutely incredible every step of the way. Arie and his entire team were the best in design, communication, and execution. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the project made all the difference.

If you’re looking for a team that truly cares, listens, and communicates throughout the process, hire Wolman Construction. You’ll be glad you did!

I hired Arie of Wolman Construction to inspect and repair balconies of several apartment buildings. He could have easily told me we needed extensive work done but he was honest. He gave me very thorough reports for each property that have put these properties in compliance with local regulations and put our minds at ease regarding the structural fitness of these balconies. Arie was professional, responsive, and his fee was reasonable.

Arie came by and gave a very reasonable quote on a relatively small drywall job. We were pleased with the work that was completed and he gave us a few options for scope of project. Very professionally handled, I'll be calling him again for other projects for sure.

We worked with Arie and his crew on several major remodel projects, including a new roof, a full master bathroom remodel, and the addition of skylights. From start to finish, his team was professional, skilled, and clearly committed to doing quality work.
My wife was toward the end of her pregnancy during the project, and Arie's crew went out of their way to prioritize our job, which we truly appreciated. That consideration made a stressful time much easier for our family.
His crew is very talented, detail-oriented and focused getting the job done right. We're really happy with the results and would definitely recommend Wolman Construction.

Wolman Construction did an incredible job for me. I hired them to complete several construction projects on my property, one of which was a major job of completing the construction of a studio attached to the back of my garage. Arei and his crew completed this work (and the other projects) in less than two weeks. The work they performed was very impressive and I am totally thrilled with my new studio. I am also thrilled with the other projects they completed. Arei is extremely customer focused. He is very actively involved in monitoring his projects to make sure the work is of high quality and the customer’s expectations. Arei works closely with his customers to assure they are completely satisfied with the work completed. He and his crew are trustworthy, dependable, hard working and experts in what they do. Arei also went over and above by performing additional work that I needed done on my property that was not included in the original scope of work, at a very reasonable cost to me. I am very impressed with Wolman and would highly recommend them.

We had Arie do a walkthrough with us to get his estimate and input on remodeling our new home. Arie was super helpful in getting us a quote in a quick amount of time. Although we ended up going with a different contractor it was very tough to not pick him with how much he cared about getting us what we wanted and within budget. I would definitely recommend him and get more quotes in the future from him.

Always made sure we were happy in the end.

Exceptional job with Mor and her team. Highly recommend them for your next project.

We recently remodeled part of our home, and the results are better than we imagined. The team was skilled and easy to work with.

Joe was always available by phone or text and ALWAYS replied the same day. If there were any issues they were discussed and resolved quickly. Good attention the detail.

Had an incredible experience with TNT for our kitchen renovation! Working with Mor as our project manager was seamless and her customer service was truly stellar. We LOVE the final result and the process was painless!

We love how this company is a locally-owned North County-based company! They are very efficient with their work and finished on-time as promised! The only caveat was the communication process as they should have been more detailed about the step-by-step and what is expected next, but overall, they did a great job

Joe and his crew did an amazing job on our bathroom, kitchen, and floors. Finished ahead of schedule, on budget, and always made sure everything was right. Joe is responsive, easy to work with, and keeps the project moving. Highly recommend!

Joe from TNT did a great job recently for us. We had several places with leeks and need to be fixed before the rain season. Joe as the project manager, managed more than 3 groups working simultaneously! One group to replace one part of roof, another group to demolish a deck and rebuild it, a third group to demolish a celling in a bed room and rebuild the celling. All works are managed smoothly by Joe! He was able to finish all works within our tight timeframe!
We really appreciate him and TNT’s highly professional technicians! They are efficient with high quality work.
We highly recommend Joe and TNT for any Repairs and remodeling work!
