Finding a great pool professional in San Diego is not as easy as you’d think. Poolsense is reliable, up front about costs, and professional. They’re happy to answer questions and they get the job don’t quickly. Real experts!

I always struggled with keeping my pool clean, as I work two jobs and I am almost never home. I have tried multiple other companies, but none have come close to the cleanliness and quality of PoolSense. The technician was knowledgeable and patient despite my many questions. Thanks Oscar, you rock!

I had PoolSense come over and do an acid wash/clean and refill. I also hired them to do my weekly pool service going forward. The acid wash made the pool look amazing, the customer service is outstanding. They are quick to respond and answer any and all questions. I could not be happier.

Started their highest cleaning plan and they did a filter/salt clean. Shortly after pump stopped working and when was steaming. I had turned off the pump so nothing further happens that may damage my equipment or hurt my family/home. This was a huge red flag. Planned to use a third party to investigate. I informed Repair Manager of the issue, who happened to e-mail me about first appt tech noted that my pump and other things could be changed. I spoke with the Repair Manager thereafter, all he cared about was making sure the company wasnt going to be liable for anything and he wanted to have a tech out there first, he was frustrated that i wanted to get a third party involved. Terrible service and communication. the pool tech arrived to do weekly clean and i asked him to see whats going on and ensure he told we what was the problem and how he fixed it before leaving. He left without talking to me. Their report as well didnt detail anything they did other than chemicals, though their website says the detail things they do on it. I really dislike they didnt tell me anything that happened. Terrible service overall, horrible communication. Get another company, not these guys.

These guys are great. Professional, organized, and they know their pool stuff! I get an email after each visit with a picture of the pool, a description of what they did and what our chemical levels are. With my previous pool guy I wasn’t sure if he even showed up, let alone what he did. PoolSense has it dialed in!

PoolSense saved me hundreds! My salt cell was dead so I purchased a new one. I figured I would install the new cell myself. When I opened the box I found that the salt cell was the same, but the cables and sensors were different. These had been upgraded for newer systems and were not compatible with my older system. The PoolSense technician knew the old and new systems so well that he was able to modify the new cables and sensors to work with my system with total functionality. I had been ready to just get a whole new salt system for my pool but now I don’t have to! Highly recommend PoolSense.

If I could post a picture I would. That would be absolutely everything you would need to know about PoolSense. From their customer service to the expertise of their technicians, flawless is the word I would use. If you need anything at all done regarding your pool or spa and are rifling through pages and reviews, just stop here and give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

Needed a new pool heater installed with a few hurdles to overcome, and they gave me a fair quote and got the job done. Their technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to tackle all the issues and get the unit up and running...and he took great care in getting everything right. The new Raypak HD ANSI heater (my choice) got the pool from 58⁰ up to 86⁰F in under 11 hours and now only runs briefly to maintain the temp that the wife and kids want. Very glad we got the deal we wanted and were able to chose them over the other quotes we received. Job well done and we know they will stand behind their work and the products they installed.

We have been using PoolSense for a year, and we are pleased about their services. The price is reasonable, and they provide 24/7 customer support. I highly recommend it.

I contacted PoolSense to install a new pool heat pump. After a mutually agreed rain delay, the technicians came on time, and efficiently completed an unusual installation. They even dug up and replanted a screening hedge that I had expected them to cut down. Their performance was exceptional.

PoolSense is the company my family have been working with. They have an amazing team that support all maintenance details. The pool guys that come over is always happy and come in a nice mood to work. I am always pleased to welcoming them at my house.

I have had pools in all of the 4 homes that I have owned. Each with a different pool service company. I have never had more trust and amazing service that truly does stand apart from all of the others. Pictures and updates of your pool after each service!! Who does that?? They do ☺️ This all might sound cheesy, but honestly I don’t care. This is a genuine review and I’m more than happy to say what I feel about my ongoing experience.

Pool Sense is great. I love that they are super professional and send me updates via email about all my pool specs aftwr each cleaning. Glad there is finally a pool company who is responsive and makes life easy for its customers.

This was, by far, the best pool cleaning service I’ve ever hired! I’ve been through a few companies that were not punctual, flaky or just flat out didn’t do a good job. These guys are the opposite! I've been very pleased with the consistent service that we have received -- every week our pool looks great and if there are any issues, these guys are quick to resolve them. I also really appreciate the automated billing, as well as the fact that I can communicate by email or text and they always respond right away. Highly recommend!
