We have been using Hotshot Chimney Sweep since we moved to the mountains over 5 years ago. The technicians are always professional, always courteous. Pricing is affordable. Recommendations for things that need to be addressed are honest. I highly recommend this team to take care of your chimney cleaning as this is so important if you use your fireplace frequently during the year or even semi regularly.

Tyler was great! Explained everything perfectly and we will use Hot Shot again when the time comes.

Conscientious, honest, professional, knowledgeable, friendly & neat! We have a home in Big Bear Lake. Made a call to Jordan, he was able to come 2 days later, showed up at exactly the time he said he would & after inspecting our chimney & showing us pictures of the inside, said we didn’t actually need a cleaning at this time but he would still inspect. We opted for cleaning in addition to inspection because his price was so reasonable, compared to other quotes. And, as you might have guessed from his company name, he’s a former firefighter who worked in the same department as our son! Thank you Jordan🔥

Very professional, and knowledgeable about chimney conditions and how fireplaces work. They explained everything..and showed us pictures of the inside of the chimney, which was cool, because i've always wondered what a creosote buildup looked like. They swept the chimney, cleaned the inside of the fireplace and didn't make any mess. Highly recommend!

Hotshot Chimney Sweep is great. They were at my house within hours of my call, repaired the lifted chimney cap quickly and they charge was very reasonable and surprisingly low. The young men were cheerful, polite and spoke clearly! I will definitely use them again if I need a repair. I wish other businesses were as efficient and pleasant.
