We can’t say enough about the wonderful carpet cleaning job Scott did to make our carpets look like new again. We hadn’t had our carpets cleaned since prior to the pandemic & have dogs too so he definitely had his work cut out for him. We will absolutely use him in the future & highly recommend the business.

The cancelledy service call the evening before coming out. At 9pm with no reason for doing so. When I contacted them they said they no longer service the area the house was in, which is Redlands and they had confirmed twice that they do. I had a party the next day and they ruined it for me.

Used them for a rental property. The tenants left it in rough shape but it looked great after the cleaning.

Beware ! The reviews are true . They schedule an appointment and then on the day before they cancel one you. They also don’t like giving prices out when you call they tell you to ask the Tech when they call the morning of your appointment

Made an appointment for my house that I have tenants moving in to about 4 days out, get a call day before that im out of the service area. Would’ve been nice to know that the first time I called, now I gotta find someone a day before I need them.

I had an appointment and this company completely ghosted me. Didn’t think to call me or anything. When I called to follow up after waiting the full 2 hours, the front desk said they’re looking for techs in my area but never called me back. I waited a few minutes and called back and she completely screened my call. Terrible customer service.
