I had my solar installed on Monday by Rene, Jesus, Brandon and Isaih. They were respectful and quick. I felt comfortable leaving the doors unlock for them because I was working from home and on conference calls. I trust that the work they did is as I expect.

Joe came out did a site survey for my home. He was very professional answered several of my questions regarding panels max utilization placement. I’m looking forward to having solar next year. SunPower offered the best for price and product/service after 4 estimates.

Friendly and helpful when questions arise. Always keep in communication with installation and permit process.

I'm working with SunPower by SBS to get Solar for my home. Loren from Sales team has been great, he understood my needs, developed the right solution, demonstrated professional attitude, responsive all the time (including evenings & week-ends) and particularly not-pushy like other sales guys. I would recommended them.

Just got solar powered up 12/14/22. The original estimation for completion was July and it took until Dec. Some parts of the process are frustrating but waiting for the final inspection with Riverside Utilities was part of the hold up. Demand for solar is very high now as well. Chris Palmer (sales rep), Joe Wilson, Rose and Fabian got it completed and I am very happy with my solar panels!

My energy consultant Wade Bischoff at SunPower by Sea Bright was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive through the entire process. The system has not been installed yet so I can't speak for the solar system yet but my experience so far gives me a high confidence level that SunPower will deliver its promise.

Joe, our site inspection technician arrived on time and worked efficiently. Yet he was very professional and knowledgeable to ensure that our property’s electrical system can handle the addition of solar. Thanks, and we are looking forward to our Solar Installation.

It has been almost a year since I signed up for a new system install (September 2022). They have not been able to complete the permitting process, or provide an install date, an ETA, or even assign me a project manager that is willing/able to return calls or make more than a quarterly attempt to keep me in the loop (out of the 5 I have had assigned to our project so far). I was told in January of 2023 that the permits were submitted to and being reviewed by my local municipality. On July 13th 2023 I was told that the permits were submitted to and being reviewed by my local municipality. Today I received an eSign document from Sunpower asking me to sign a termination agreement, which I did not request, nor can anyone at Seabright explain why I received it. If they are cancelling the contract after keeping us hanging for almost 1 year, the loss of NEM 2.0 grandfathering is going to cost us a significant amount of money, if solar is even a viable choice at that point.

I am still in shock at how completely nonexistent the customer service is with this company, given the amount of money involved. They simply do not care once your contract is signed.

Kudos to Sea Bright Solar for the job they did installing my solar system. Everything from start to finish was orderly and methodical. Everyone was very responsive and accommodating. They took care of any issues that came up right away. I would highly recommend this company.

I love my Sea Bright Solar, but all of a sudden I couldn’t read my solar data on my phone. I called Sea Bright and soon got a call back from Harley. Harley sent a tech named London over just a few hours later. London got my solar and phone connected in no time. He was very patient with me when I asked question and answered them all on a level I could understand. Thank you London, Harley and Sea Bright Solar.

I am in the market for Solar and Sea Bright Solar was recommended highly from a friend. I want to start of by saying I have had quotes from 6 different Solar companies (not going to advertise those here) and what I liked best about Sea bright is they didn't come to the house acting like a car salesman, there were no tactics involved no sales pitches the representative (Mike) I had was awesome, he was very genuine and a realist. I wasn't able to use Sea Bright Solar due to my own financial issues but hands down, If my credit was better Sea Bright Solar would be installing my Solar panels this weekend.
I had 6 quotes from the biggest names in So Cal Solar and Sea Bright was not the lowest priced but they were priced right, they had the equipment I wanted and the brands everyone prefers SUNPOWER. They had nothing to hide. I asked for sales contracts and warranty info to validate the information stated and Sea Bright was thee only company that obliged with my request.....You will not be disappointed with Sea Bright

This is our second house using SunPower solar panels, we really trust its quality and happy with their 25 years warranty. Sea Bright did a great job explaining the process, helped us to estimate the number of panels we need. The installation process was smooth and the staff are very professional and friendly. I would strong recommend Sea Bright Solar to anyone looking at solar panels!

We were very satisfied with the presentation for solar for our home. we have signed the solar contract but have not heard anything back from the company yet, we also recommended a friend and they are waiting to move to the next step as well. hopefully the process for installation will go smoothly when it actually starts. So far, so good! I believe it has been about a month or two since signing onto Sunpower and my installation team was actually available a day earlier than expected and finished the installation in two quick days. Had a pleasant experience with the installers Rene, Adan, and Efrain. Everything is looking great and now in the process of waiting for inspection.

Great jobs to Sea Bright SunPower for processing my solar project sooner than I thought. Thank you Chris Palmer for coming to my house and providing me all information I needed to initiate my solar project. Thank you the technician group, Sal, Anthony and Max for being able to install all of the solar panels on the south side as I preferred. The only thing I am still concerned is the monitor box installed outside of my garage. It might be damaged by intensive heat in the Summer. Keeping the monitor box inside the garage could be safer in my opinion.

Max, Anthony and Sal (Team Red) did an amazing job. They answered all my questions, were very friendly and worked hard.

Let me start off by saying the sales person Chris Palmer was an excellent sales representative. I was happy with the solar installation but it all went bad when it was time to install the Tesla battery. There were a lot of problems first the drawings were not correct the company had to resubmit the drawings which took them two an half months to resubmit. We finally pass inspection but my Tesla battery is still no working. Why not? because the communication device it not connected. Called the office said someone would be out in six days. Long story short the scheduler Darrell does not know how to do his job as a matter of fact several times he said he would call me back and he doesn't. I would not do business with SunPower if Daryl it's still the scheduler because you'll be waiting a mighty long time.

Ricardo took the time to drive to our home to explain the quote and process of solar panel installation. He also made it easy for us to apply for the NEM pricing in March. We recently had our solar panels installed and received PTO. Hoping everything else goes smoothly!

We signed the contract last March 2023, had the permits approved by October and had it installed by December 2023. It took quite a while to get installed but everything was professionally done and overall, we're happy with the installation.

Sunpower by Sea Bright solar the red team were excellent! Salvador and Anthony were extremely knowledgeable and professional and met all of our service needs and expectations! Wish they had been our technicians from the initial installment of our solar panels! they rectified all the concerns we had and made sure we were happy with the service that they provided us! thank you red team!
