I’ve hired these guys twice now to help my mother out and they’ve come through each time and quickly. Will definitely hired them again.

Sam came out on time (more than I can say for another local company who wouldn't return my calls) and quickly diagnosed a problem with my fridge. Problem was not worth repairing (he advised me the repair would cost as much as a new fridge) so no service was done on it.

Super efficient service! Sam jumped right in, figured out the problem fast, and got everything back on track. I’m really happy with the experience and will absolutely recommend him.

The tech came to our house the following day after I explained our washer had broken. He advised that the control board had failed, and we would need a new washer. He only charged us the service call

I waited two days for a tech to come out to work on my washer. They never communicated they were behind or not going to make it, I had to chase for information. Extremely unprofessional & very disappointing.
Don’t bother trying to schedule these guys…

The repairman was awesome, came to the appointment on time and was fast to resolve the problem. Honest assessment of the situation. Hopefully won't need to use him for a while, but if I do, I would use the same service.

They sent a repairman next day, and the service was great. Our dryer was fixed in less than an hour.

It's hard to find a technician that has all 3 of those traits and he was able to quickly diagnose our problem and solve it efficiently.
