Omigosh, I was very pleasantly surprised by Alex and the ladies Lais and Valeria for my appointment with them. I found VIP Maids and Alex via Yelp because of their stellar ratings, but most often I have a bit of a skeptical view of rating and reviews. In their case, I can see that their reviews are really spot-on. Alex was so supportive to quickly arrange to find time and staff for me, as I have showings for a newly renovated Gardena home coming up after two years of construction.

As a remote owner, I thought and told Alex that this should be a relatively light clean-up, but I met Lais and Valeria yesterday morning and was shocked, finding sawdust and dirt everywhere and filthy bathrooms, cabinets, counters, sinks, and windows. In addition, somehow the water company turned off service the previous day. Alex, Lais, and Valeria could have just told me to get my act together and reschedule, but they are so positive and resourceful. Lais and Valeria found that the ADU that is still under construction on that lot had water service, so I hauled over some water for them to use as until my company was able to get the water turned back on.

In spite of the difficult conditions for them, Lais and Valeria were very positive, pleasant, professional, proficient, communicative and effective. When they were done, I was truly impressed. The home shone and was so fresh! This may sound cliche, but every surface and bathroom sparkled. Lais and Valeria certainly are worth every penny and minute that they spent on my project. I am certainly going to exclusively contract with them and VIP Maids on my other projects going forward.

So, now it is a few months later, and I have contacted Alex for the 2nd time for VIP Maids to support my properties with post-construction cleaning. As you might imagine, dust covered every surface, cabinet interiors, and behind appliances, adhesives and films needed removal from appliances, and carpenter’s guide markings covered the front of cabinetry. Camilla and her team did a wonderful job, leaving everything sparkling clean and all windows crystal clear.

Camilla and her team came in on short notice on a Sunday, and they did a very thorough, professional job with a smile. They actually uncovered and resolved some issues that were unknown until they pointed them out to me.

Because of their punctuality, efficiency, and attitude, Alex and VIP Maids are my go-to cleaners for all of my projects and properties.

VIP Maids is awesome. Alex was so helpful and easy to coordinate with and clearly communicate pricing and services. (Which I was grateful for since I’d never sought out house cleaning services before.) Lais & Valeria were incredible—they were kind and efficient and seemed to work well as a team. They really got a lot done quickly. My apartment looks better than it did when I moved in!!! Valeria did such a fantastic job on my stove and refrigerator, both of which had some pretty rough stains. They were both pleasant and lively, very nice to have them in my home and I’m so grateful for their help.

The flat rate / hourly service was the only service available in my area, but that was perfect for me because I had very specific things I wanted cleaned and didn’t need help with other things—I was able to get a completely customized service which I was thrilled about! I thought the pricing was very reasonable for all the work they did, especially for the quality. Couldn’t be happier, defined recommend VIP Maids!

I could not be happier with the cleaning service provided by Laís and Valeria. They are incredibly thorough, paying attention to the small details that make such a difference. They clean behind and under items and having a spotless stove again feels amazing. They know exactly what to do when they arrive and get right to work with a smooth routine, even if I am on a call and cannot speak right away. At the same time, they are very flexible and will adjust the order of tasks if I ask. They are consistently professional, courteous, and prompt. I highly recommend them.

This house cleaning service is absolutely amazing! Alex helped me set up the service which made it very easy. When Simone and Valeria came to clean my home, they were so kind, so incredibly sweet and respectful. Additionally they were so thorough and quick! Highly recommend these ladies, they were fantastic!

Camille's team was great!! Arrived within the agreed timeframe, very friendly and professional, and did an incredibly thorough cleaning of our home (very dirty, post-construction). We are very pleased and will use them for regular biweekly cleaning.

I had an amazing experience with this cleaning service! Gabriela and Valeria came to my home to do a deep clean in my high-traffic areas — including the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway — and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. They were extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. They completed everything in less than two and a half hours, and the results were spotless.

They brought all of their own equipment, which made the whole process so easy. I was able to just sit back and relax while they worked, and they kept me informed along the way, asking questions when needed and making sure everything was done exactly how I wanted it.

I also want to highlight how helpful and organized Alex was in scheduling and coordinating the service. The level of communication and professionalism from start to finish was outstanding.

I’ve just started using this service bi weekly. They’ve come three times thus far. They were highly recommended by my neighbor and so far they’ve lived up to the hype. My request for cleaning services include: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms and kitchen cleaning. I do not ask for bed making, laundry, window washing or dishes (dishwasher loading or unloading). Simone and Valeria come for two hours and I’ve been very happy with the thorough cleaning they’ve done for me so far. They are also very lovely and personable people. I have a sweet, old husky mix and they are both dog lovers; one of them also has a beautiful husky dog, so that was a nice ice breaker.

Communication is also very good. I get text reminders they are coming a couple days prior and emailed receipts immediately afterward. I’ve gotten follow up to be sure I’m happy with the service. My scheduling was a bit bumpy the first time, but Alex called me and together we worked out a day and time that worked for me and he made things right for that first scheduling mishap. So A+ for customer service.

In summary, I’ve been very pleased with VIP Maids.

Just had our first time cleaning with Vip Maids today after our long time, housekeeper of 25 years became ill and could no longer work for us. 😥 Victoria & Simone came to our home and I just can’t say enough kind things about them. They were highly knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do on a couple of areas that I was having trouble with myself. They did an outstanding job and followed everything to the letter in the 3hrs. they were here. Our original housekeeper we’ve always thought of as family. She was exceptional having big shoes to fill so I had been very nervous about finding someone. Victoria & Simone absolutely fit that bill. I very much appreciated Alex listening to what was most important to us and being very clear and concise as to what we could expect. His communication is A+ along with his professionalism. Don’t make a mistake and go with someone else, choose Vip Maids I know I was not disappointed at all, and I don’t believe you will be either. This is a very true review coming from a very satisfied homeowner.

Highly recommend VIP Maids! Maria and Alice were fantastic -professional, quick, and incredibly detailed. My home looks spotless and smells amazing. They listened to everything I asked for and delivered perfectly.

Camila and Mariana did a fantastic job today! They especially did great work on our 20 year old Viking Range and grill top and also my bathrooms are spotless. I can’t wait to invite them back. VIP Maids has done very good work again. I highly recommend!

Mike Garcia and his team are the best in the South Bay when it comes to landscaping, tree trimming, and pond design and construction. I used Enviroscape for 25 years for all of my landscaping needs. 👍

Mike Garcia and his team do excellent work. They are creative and design pollinator systems that are beautiful and functional. Mike stands behind his work and has come out to resolve mostly minor issues but never shy’s away from complete customer satisfaction. Since having our pond installed we have seen a major increase in the bird life and other pollinators in our yard along with the sounds of a mountain spring that we listen to at night and all throughout the day. Enviroscape is truly excellent!
