If you want to hire rude people - hire this company. Keith was rude on the phone and did not want any business. If I could have given them zero stars I would have.

They sublet out all their jobs. It's overpriced $700.00 to clean my chimney and they never COVERED MY FUREPLACE. I HAVE BLACK SOOT FROM CEILING TO FLOOR. Walls and ceilings are covered with soot.

My chimney was cleaned, all the soot removed and they checked for leaks. Smoke was coming into the house from the fireplace. They found the problem and fixed the issue. Additionally, new screen was placed at the top to prevent bats from coming into the house. I was quite pleased and the price was amazingly reasonable. I will definitely call them again.

This place is a SCAM! Don’t use them!

I had them come out to get an estimate to fix my gas fireplace. They said I’d need a new computer control unit to fix it, and they charged me a $150 fee for just taking a look. Said they would order the computer and come back to install. Several weeks later, I never heard anything back, and continued calling, leaving voicemails, etc, and no response. Basically they took my money for the 10 minute evaluation, and never had the intention to follow through. After about 6 months I gave up, and 1 year later I tried them again. Keith answered the phone FINALLY, and said he’d look up my record info and get back to me the next day. Never called back again, I tried again to call and leave voicemails, and then I continued to get no responses back and be ghosted again.

This business is a total scam. They just steal your money. DONT USE THEM!!!
