J&O did an incredible job renovating three of our bathrooms in Lafayette, CA. They were friendly, professional, and exceptional problem solvers. I have worked with Oscar and his team over the last 6 months while they have completed an addition/remodel on my home. The project was a significant addition approx. 400 sq ft. that required everything from foundation to finishing work. Oscar and his team delivered quality work and were consistent throughout the entire project. Every day there was a crew working, making progress with our project - even when it rained, the crew adapted and continued to work despite the weather. Over the entire project, Oscar was available to answer questions I had or check in when his team needed information. In my conversations with him, it became clear to me that he is very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to this line of work.
Oscar and his team have a great attention to detail, they make sure to address customer needs and they are professional. One of my concerns with this project was getting a contractor who was unavailable or overbooked. Everyday for the last 6 months, we have seen progress with our remodel.
The entire process was positive, Oscar and his team are professional, responsive and stand behind their work.
I would definitely use Oscar and his team again!
