Anago was great for our small office. I asked for the whole office to be cleaned including carpets and flooring at short notice and they fit us in and got it done fast.

I hired Heidi's Commercial Cleaning back in December of 2023 as (Heidi and her son) and I did a walk-through on exactly what I needed to get done with doing a bi-weekly cleaning on a 5,000 square feet business facility. They did a one-time deep cleaning the following month of January, it took them about 3 hours with three girls during the (1st time deep cleaning) as they were trying to get a feel for my business. So far within the past 3 months (Jan/Feb/Mar) they have done a total of 5 cleanings which include two in February, and two more this month of March. I wish I didn't have to micro-manage them but I do because they forget to clean certain area's each & every time which is extremely disappointing. The lead person (Kathy) doesn't take direction well, when you give here feedback she will yell at you in a disrespectful, rude, & reckless manner. It is clear to me that this cleaning company is not the right fit for my business and is not recommended.

We've had deep clean and are very happy with the services! The team were always on time. They not only cleaned the floors but also wiped the not so noticeable areas like blinds, window screens and even the baseboard on the walls. They took out the gas stove tops and washed them one by one! Our house is so spotless now. The value is great and we will definitely book again - highly recommend!

I've been talking to Heidi's Cleaners for weeks about coming to clean up after our construction finished... and I really appreciate how patient Heidi's has been with me as the remodel deadline got pushed, then pushed again. Even so, it got so dusty we couldn't wait any longer. Heidi worked with us to right-size our project to a Phase 1. A crew of 3 cleaners spent 2 hours here - and cleaned 4 rooms to the point where we could live in them, even though construction continues. I can't wait to have them back for Phase 2: when construction is done! I have every confidence I will finally feel at home after they clean our new rooms.

Highly recommend! Most professional cleaners I’ve come across so far by far!!! Extremely thorough and super punctual. They literally wiped down each single leaves of my husband’s plants. I was really shocked when they even moved away our ultra super heavy bed just to be able to clean the middle window! Highly recommend to any household or commercial cleaning seekers.

Consistent and thorough weekly cleaning at our gym. The team does amazing job each visit especially on our rubber flooring with their scrubbing machine. They also check in from time to time, which we appreciate. Overall, easy to work with and no issues.
