I worked with Demarcus Harris who helped me with a warrenty replacement on a 40 Gallon water heater (cal-steam did not sell me the original one). He was awesome! He also set me up with an awesome plumber Pedro D. to do the warranty replacement install. It all went very smoothly. Also, when I was at store it seemed like all the employees were kind, knowledgable, and having fun! I would definitely recommend working with Cal-Steam in redwood city.
