I recommend Top Line Remodeling wholeheartedly. We gave them a challenging remodel: a major bathroom update, plus converting a former furnace closet to laundry in a house with a slab and no attic. They needed to reroute electrical and plumbing under difficult circumstances, and pulled it off flawlessly. They are perfectionists. They remodeled our sad-looking ensuite bathroom and performed an exquisite job, particularly with immaculate shower tile installation, turning a drab bathroom into a stunning and relaxing space that really makes a statement. They were kind, professional, and available to cheerfully answer questions clearly and concisely all the way through. They were happy to knock out additional smaller jobs that popped up along the way, too. Just a perfect experience!

Highly recommend Top Line Remodeling! Luis and his crew are professional, efficient, cost effective, and do high quality work. Top Line completed a project for us involving interior painting, refinishing our wood floors and cabinets, and remodeling our fireplace.

Luis and Edgar met with us for the initial walk-through consultation, and even from those early stages we were impressed with their knowledge and experience in comparison to other remodeling companies and professionals that we consulted with.

Through each step of our remodel Luis kept us updated on progress with pictures and explanations. Any time we had questions, Luis was quick to answer and address any concerns we had. The team does not hesitate to go above and beyond when they feel it will lead to a better or more reliable result, which we greatly appreciated.

We were so impressed with Top Line we hired them again for another smaller project (replacing lights and toilets, etc.). I could not recommend Top Line Remodeling enough! We enlisted them to help with an almost full kitchen remodel (everything except the cupboards) of a very outdated kitchen. They were so professional, friendly, responsive, always on time, and an overall pleasure to work with. There was an open line of communication throughout the entire project and they helped us answer any questions we had along the way. We added a few changes to the project as we went (moving the placement of the oven, cutting down some cupboards to fit a taller fridge, splitting outlets, etc.) and they were incredibly accommodating. My kitchen turned out absolutely beautiful! The backsplash was done perfectly (everyone who comes over is very impressed). I now have new counters, backsplash, appliances, outlets, faucet, garbage disposal, and sink. They are very efficient and there were never any hidden fees or surprises. If you are looking for a contractor for your next project, look no further! I am so happy with not only this company but the final outcome. Luis and Edgar are the best and so knowledgeable!

We came across Top Line by somewhat by accident one day when my wife was throwing out inquiries on Angies List. They responded to our inquiry almost immediately and were able to come out and tour our house the next day to draft an estimate.

We selected them and we are 1000% pleased that we did! Their work is absolutely outstanding, and they were on time and on budget. They don’t change the scope of work on you after you sign the contract, if anything we kept adding to it on our end, and they were happy to accommodate us and fit us into their schedule.

We originally signed with them to renovate our Master and Hall bathrooms. We ended up having them do some HVAC work, some fencing/gates, drywall patching and painting, electrical and plumbing. They also helped replace our water heater and worked with us to find a supplier for an insert for our fireplace.

We have them coming back next month to start the renovation on our third bathroom, do some additional electrical and drywall work (for our living room media closet), and to install some new windows that we desperately need.

I highly recommend giving these guys a call for your next renovation project.
