I am a personal assistant. I hired Brothers Services Tree Care for a client on the recommendation of a colleague. Every part of the process was seamless. Angel Morales provided a prompt and detailed estimate for the work the homeowner had requested. The team set up notices and cones the day before the work was scheduled for everyone's safety. The team arrived on time and the work was completed within the projected timeline. Communication via text and phone calls made everything super easy. I am very happy with Brothers service. They came on the job day on time. After getting an overview the workers started their pruning. They were eager to do it the way I wanted and were continuously seeking my input. The end result was most satisfactory. The clean up afterwards was also quite thorough, although it’s really impossible to get every corner and edge spotless.
I will definitely use them again when the need arises again a few years down the road. Highly recommended.
