I have been using Deal and Heating and Air for about ten years. Several years ago they replace the HVAC system. They maintain and repair the system as needed. We are very pleased with their work and recommend them highly. Bill

My Deal HVAC service man was prompt. He called ahead of time to reconfirm my early morning appointment and was very careful to service everything needing attention. He even cleaned my on-demand water heater filter. Qick and efficient.

Dino is great! We were without AC on a 100 degree day. I called 10 places and no one could see us for 4 or 5 days! Called at 7am....he arrived at 830 (on time)....we had AC by 10am before the heat. Pleasant and professional

Called them at 7:45am because the AC went out at my mother-in-laws house the night before on one of the hottest days of the year; 110F. They promptly were able to come out before 9am and repair the issue. 30 minutes later finished and good as new! Highly recommended and will use again

Despite the fact that we reached out during the holiday season, Dino was extremely responsive. He took initiative to take charge of coordinating the appointment. This is a big help as we manage this property remotely. Would call on him again.

Just had a great experience with this company. I’m a single working mom and my AC stopped working two days ago. DHAA was able to accommodate my schedule and come and diagnose what was wrong with my system and then clearly explain to me what was wrong with it. The technician, Craig, was so polite and I didn’t feel stupid for asking questions. I’m so happy a friend referred me to the company and I will definitely be using them again.

Dino from Deal Heating and Air personally inspected my 20 year old tired 1 stage 5 ton HVAC system and recommended several Trane heat pump systems at different price points as efficient replacements. His personal attention to my situation coupled with sound advice were very much appreciated.

Dino and his team are truly amazing in replacing my HVAC. From the quote session to the finished job was seamless and thorough. I scheduled a lot of quotes because this was a big job and Dino answered all of my questions and gave me a quote that was much fairer in price and quality of the equipment than the rest of the companies. His team came and worked diligently and were done when they said they would be and they sent me everyone’s name, photo and license number so I knew who would be in my house which put me at ease. If you are thinking to replace your HVAC call Deal Heating because they will take care of you right.

We asked another Larger HVAC vendor to explore why our HVAC system was not working. The Representative gave us a diagnosis that required we replace our system. I felt that the representative was just trying to sell us a new system. I called Dino of Deal Heating & Air, he diagnosis the problem as a simple broken wire, very inexpensive to fix, but I talked further with Dino and decided to replace my 35year old system for other reasons. They did a fabulous job installing it. I could not be happier. I would recommend to any one of my friends that they use Deal.

Our heat pump was not giving us heat — tried The Good Guys but after several weeks ordering a part/then it was the wrong part etc. we lost all confidence and called Deal Heating and Air Inc. — they had it fixed in a 4 1/2 hours!!

These guys are the best! They went above and beyond to make sure we had heat when it was freezing outside and I'm sure we weren't the only ones that needed there service at the time but they made us feel like we were most important! They were willing to set up a temporary heater in our house if they couldn't fix on the spot. Luckily they were able to take care of the repair within 45 min. I would never think of calling anyone else. 👍👍👍👍👍

Deal's tech, Jason, was prompt and helpful. He confirmed that my HVAC unit was working properly as of the current time, but that it was quite old (manufactured in 1992). Deal gave us what we believe is a competitive bid. Ill repost once I get confirmation of that.

Craig was the Deal tech who came to our house to resolve our A/C problems. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
After checking all aspects of our A/C system Craig was able to resolve our problem. Unlike the prior HVAC company who tried to sell us a new A/C system the repair was simple and the cost to repair was resonable. We appreciate the honest assessment of our A/C problem.
