I worked with Mike on finalizing our backyard landscape project (which included a landscape architect). Mike and his team were fantastic to work with. He offered his extensive knowledge to me as well as the landscape architect to finalize our design which fit our wishes as well as the HOA rules. When the work began, Mike and his team kept us up to date on progress, had several suggestions to improve it, and found the right plants to finalize the design. Mike has allot of experience, know how, and professionalism. His team is hard working, friendly, and does a quality job. Highly recommended!

Mike has done multiple projects for us on our 1-acre lot in El Dorado Hills including an entire rework/redesign of our landscaping. His work is impressive. His crew is dedicated and gets the job done. Mike is straightforward and honest about costs and whether a particular idea will work. He is competitively priced and was substantially less than some of the "big guys" in the area. He works to find the best deals from his suppliers to reduce the cost of the project rather than to pocket extra money.

He can tackle any landscaping job including complex hardscape with block, stone, and concrete. He also has people who can do articifial turf, ponds, and other niche items. He recently completed an incredible project for a family member to whom I referred Mike.

You will not be disappointed. I can't sing his praises highly enough.

Mike is very meticulous and knowledgeable; his design and other recommendations were absolutely spot on. He is an excellent communicator, and, above all else, a very decent and nice guy, who's a pleasure to work with. I’m a retired old guy. I was very impressed with Mike and his 2 man crew. Mike worked WITH his crew. This landscape was on a 5 acre parcel with oak trees. He listened to our concerns: deer resistant plants, no ground cover (rattlesnakes), and drought resistant. He sent us a list of plants and trees that we could look at online. Also because of all the oak trees he based putting plants according to sun exposure. He also installed a new WiFi timer and set it up for watering. I was outside the whole time they were working. I was a CDF fire captain who ran a 17 man inmate crew for 25 years so I know what hard and efficient workers are. Mike kept me up to date on everything through text. Hearing not as good at 80👴 🤷‍♂️

Mike spent a few visits to dialog, understand and recommend ideas which helped build a scope that involved a total demolition of the backyard and rebuild the ideas we wanted. End result was a nice slope ending retaining wall, a hardscape that involved concrete and pavers. His team was amazing (and this included a working Mike) and very focused on the tasks. No job is going to be perfect and Mike and his team got very close. A few cracks in the concrete that need attention but overall we are read for the winter season.

We appreciate the hard work and dedication of his team and we are enjoying the backyard now. If you can manage and control your decent size landscaping project in terms of scope, cost and time, Mike and his team will do an awesome job.

The project involved removing the existing lawn and plants, replacing our three-car driveway, and rebuilding both the front porch and side entry porch. They also installed a new irrigation system and added a variety of trees, shrubs, and groundcover.

Mike's Landscaping did an amazing remodel on our backyard. For years our backyard was nothing but weeds and dead grass. We kind of had an idea of what we wanted and Mike exceeded our expectations. He really has an eye for landscape layouts. We valued his opinion and are extremely pleased with the outcome. We had a budget and Mike was willing to work within it. I have known MIKE for close to 20 years. He began doing the mowing of my front and backyard. I hired him to do my landscaping this past year and he did an excellent job. We had three independent quotes for our backyard upgrade all within the same price range. We chose Mike over the others because he followed up on all our questions; he was not pushy; he seemed to understand what we were trying to do. Once he and his crew started work we were impressed by their work ethics. Mike was with them all the time rather than as a remote manager. He kept us up to date on the schedule especially as it applied to concrete pouring. As the crew had to come through an established part of our front yard landscaping he repaired any damage that was caused. We were so impressed by him and his team we added some extra upgrades as well. Our project included removing existing stone walkways and a wall, part of a concrete deck and several existing trees and shrubs; extending the deck, installing new steps to an existing fire pit, building a new pergola, a new concrete path and stone/rock pathway; installing new trees and shrubbery with all the irrigation. We have had several contractors over the years but working with Mike was a pleasure. He and his crew are were always pleasant when dealing with changes or clarifications to the design when needed. Mike's Landscaping is completing a transformation of our front yard including buried PE piping (versus surface black tubing) with pop-up sprinklers. The project included adding and extending rock walls and adding deer resistant plants that will provide flowering and colors throughout the year. Mike and his employees have been timely and friendly throughout the process.

Jeff and team just finished installing my Tesla Car Charger in El Dorado HIlls! I consulted several electricians before selecting Jeff and chose him based upon his straight forward approach. He helped me understand what is the most cost effective option.

David was great to work with and very professional. Replaced boxed florescent kitchen lights with 14 well laid out LED lights. Lighting in the kitchen is so much better now. Very happy with everything.

Ethridge Electric has done an excellent job for us on many projects, large and small scale. David Ethridge skillfully change out our outdated service panel on our 45 year old vacation home. We now rest at ease with a new, updated panel! David handles all work expediently, and he has kept continual communication with us from the County permit application, the PGE inspection process, through install. He also installed our new generator, handled the necessary inspections, and gave us the briefing on how to use it and syncing to WIFI and phone APP. He is completing interior lighting work, now that these bigger projects are done. He is easy to work with, has great/creative ideas in our updating process; he keeps us apprised at all phases on each project, is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, and a super nice guy to boot.

Dave came out with his nephew, Tyler, on a holiday to install new outlets and our ring floodlights. They did an outstanding job. Dave is very responsive, arrived on time, a little early, but that is A-ok, very professional, and reasonably priced. They were super careful not to mess anything up or break anything, were very clean, and they even took their shoes off when they went upstairs!! HIGHLY recommend Etheridge Electric.

I have been using Deal and Heating and Air for about ten years. Several years ago they replace the HVAC system. They maintain and repair the system as needed. We are very pleased with their work and recommend them highly. Bill

My Deal HVAC service man was prompt. He called ahead of time to reconfirm my early morning appointment and was very careful to service everything needing attention. He even cleaned my on-demand water heater filter. Qick and efficient.

Dino is great! We were without AC on a 100 degree day. I called 10 places and no one could see us for 4 or 5 days! Called at 7am....he arrived at 830 (on time)....we had AC by 10am before the heat. Pleasant and professional
