We have a Sub Zero refrigerator and it stopped all of suddenly. We tried to figure out what was wrong but of course we are not professionals in this department so I found on Google this company who had amazing reviews and so glad I found them. Araz came the next morning and assessed the problem and was able to fix it quickly. The coil condenser needed to be replace and he was able to get the part immediately. I am so glad for his honestly and was very detailed oriented….Told us exactly what was wrong step by step. He is a great guy to work with. We will definitely use him again!

My Fridge was not working anymore.Called them and they were fast and efficient! Got here within the hour.Gave me a reasonable quote. Would recommend.

Very disappointing experience. I called because my dishwasher had no power. The company gave me a 5–7 PM arrival window, but the technician showed up after 7.

They charged me $65 for diagnostics, but there was barely any actual diagnostic work done. The technician mostly looked at his phone, opened and closed the dishwasher, and then quoted me $444 for the repair, including about $270 for a control board plus labor. No real troubleshooting, testing, or careful inspection.

It felt rushed, unprofessional, and not worth the diagnostic fee. I would not recommend them.

Don't waste your time with this company. They quoted nearly $400, to replace a $32.64 OEM igniter for my kenmore dryer. Could just about but a new dryer for that price.
