Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. The person I spoke with was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He constantly interrupted me, spoke in a sharp and irritated tone, and acted as if my simple questions were an inconvenience. When I asked for clarification about pricing, he actually sighed loudly and responded with clear annoyance — as if doing his job was too much to handle.

It didn’t feel like he was having a bad day. It felt like this is just how they treat people. If this is how they speak to potential customers, I can only imagine how poorly they treat those who are already paying. That kind of attitude reflects terribly on the entire company.

I ended the call immediately and took my business elsewhere. I would strongly advise others to do the same if you expect even the most basic level of professionalism and respect.
