Had an outlet installed by Infiniti Electrical and had a great experience. Noah was the tech who came out and he was awesome. Super professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work.
Really appreciate the quality service — I’d definitely recommend them. -

They are very nice and well rated, so they may still be a good choice. when I first contacted them they said Monday for my free quote, however on Sunday they said that they were booked on Monday and asked if Tuesday would be OK, I said sure and took Tuesday off. On Tuesday they called and said that they were short staffed and asked if another day this week would work, unfortunately I am very busy with work and unable to really take weekdays off so I said now how about over the weekend and they said let me check so I said OK and they said how about Sunday and I said sure. Then shortly after hanging up they called up saying that their guy was off on Sunday and asked what about next week. I said no but how about the following weekend and they said that he was fully booked next weekend, and asked if a week day would work and offered a discount for my inconvenience and would do any time on a Monday-Friday. I unfortunately cannot take any time off right now for work days, I was lucky to get today off and yesterday off. I also did mention that I was asking their competitor as well and I was lucky able to get them to come out and give me a quote yesterday and found out that they can do the needed work on the weekend, and they may be my ultimate choice. I never got around to asking Infinity if they can do work on weekend (stuff other than the quote) so they might, but I kind of doubt it. I would give Infinity a 4.5 star rating, because they have a good rating so they are probably good and they are busy which also is a good sign for them, unfortunately they are busy, and keep changing their schedule on me, and that is why they will probably loose my business which is also why they are loosing a half a star in my book and due to precision limitations a whole star on this site. I cannot rate the quality of the work or their price since they did not get to do any for me.

My experience with Infinity Electrical was poor, disappointing, and ultimately unsatisfactory. From start to finish, the project fell well below reasonable professional expectations.
The most significant issue was the persistent lack of communication and transparency. Throughout the process, I was often not informed about what work had been completed, what remained outstanding, inspection results, or when crews would return. Arrival times were unpredictable, and on several occasions the team did not show up as scheduled. I repeatedly had to initiate contact just to obtain basic updates, which created unnecessary disruption and frustration.
The timeline was also unacceptable. What was presented as straightforward work extended beyond eight weeks, reflecting serious concerns with project management and reliability.
Several specific incidents compounded the experience. The work was not completed on day one despite my confirming twice in advance that it would be finished by 4:00 PM. As a result, supplies, trash, and vehicles blocked my driveway past my required departure time, and I nearly missed a flight. The property was left in poor condition, with debris and plastic scattered across the driveway, the crawlspace left uncovered, and even a dead rat left on the sidewalk. Additionally, the lack of water heater grounding and absence of a waterproof outlet for weeks after the initial visit raised safety concerns.
While workmanship is important, communication, reliability, and respect for a customer’s time are equally critical. In this case, those elements were significantly lacking. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst service experiences I have had, and I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. -
On Friday, Infinity Electrical sent a technician over to my place for a free estimate to fix my two wall outlets that lost power. He inspected it and my fuse box, which he informed me is a zinsco fuse box and has been recalled due to their safety issues.
He quoted me the price of $950 to troubleshoot the problem and $3,300 to replace the panel/fuse box. He also emailed me these quotes afterwards, so I know I'm not mistaken. I said that it sounded high priced and he told me that "we live in the most expensive place in the world."
After he left, I called up another place who wouldn't give me a free estimate, but would troubleshoot and solve my wall outlets problem for $150. Huh? 150?
Then, I called another electrician who was in the area and came by to look at it. He quoted me $250 to fix the outlets or $1200 to replace the fuse box/panel which would solve my wall outlet problems as well. Today, I had that done for $1200. Everything is working perfectly.
Be careful everyone. Always get a second opinion.
