Sergio is nice guy, very professional and honest, explain everything what his doing included the chemical he'll apply on the carpet, etc. For sure we using his service again.

I used JD for a carpet stretching and cleaning. The carpet had years of use and we didn't expect much but wanted the carpet to show well for a sale. Holy cow, when they finished I thought they put in brand new carpet. The communicate well, sent us pictures when they were done, and really made the entire experience easy. The called back and came out asap. I really appreciate their hustle and that they could do bothe the stretching and cleaning instead of me needing two separate companies. I ghighly recommend and I've included before and after pictures.

great Oriental Rug Cleaning! they fixed my rug fringes as original and they remove the bad odor from my rugs, also I asked and they repair rugs, holes and etc.

This company told me they will charge me $ 79.99 for 2 rooms and when they arrived they told me they will charge me $150.00 because they don't want to damage the carpet. I told them i wznted to pay what i was told and finally i said no no no and at the end they charged me $100.00 they job was unsatisfactory the carpet still looks dirty. I erased the phone number from my phone because i don't want to call them again.

We used 101 rug cleaning to clean our handmade rugs, these people are amazing on their job, they took the rugs from our place, cleaned it, and dropped it to our new place. Very satisfied with their service.

I found 101 Rug Cleaning through a google search and WOW am I glad I did. So often those searches end up in disappointment. Not this time. These guys were great- they made it so easy to get my carpet cleaned and looking new again (it had been stored in the garage for 4 years). They were so friendly and helpful. They even moved my heavy dining room table and set the carpet in place. I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who has area rugs and I will DEFINITELY use them again myself.
