great Oriental Rug Cleaning! they fixed my rug fringes as original and they remove the bad odor from my rugs, also I asked and they repair rugs, holes and etc.

This company told me they will charge me $ 79.99 for 2 rooms and when they arrived they told me they will charge me $150.00 because they don't want to damage the carpet. I told them i wznted to pay what i was told and finally i said no no no and at the end they charged me $100.00 they job was unsatisfactory the carpet still looks dirty. I erased the phone number from my phone because i don't want to call them again.

We used 101 rug cleaning to clean our handmade rugs, these people are amazing on their job, they took the rugs from our place, cleaned it, and dropped it to our new place. Very satisfied with their service.

I found 101 Rug Cleaning through a google search and WOW am I glad I did. So often those searches end up in disappointment. Not this time. These guys were great- they made it so easy to get my carpet cleaned and looking new again (it had been stored in the garage for 4 years). They were so friendly and helpful. They even moved my heavy dining room table and set the carpet in place. I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who has area rugs and I will DEFINITELY use them again myself.

The lady answering the phone is extremely rude. I called to update my email address after asking for a quote and she cut me off and told me she didn’t have time to deal with me. Don’t understand how you can treat a person who’s spending money at your business like this.

It is a best place to wash and cleaning your rugs and carpet specially Persian Armenian Turkey and other hand weaved rugs with silk and combination of wool and silk.

They are very fair priced, facility is so cleanly maintained and you can "step in" to see how rugs are cleaned! Their long flat cleaning machine is a monster result oriented chugger! It's AMAZING! Rugs can be SOOOO Dirty and these guys create them to come out as clean as a whistle. Come here for rug cleaning and repair and you will be amazed by this outstanding business. They have the machinery to clean rugs of any size and the skills to repair them. My rugs were badly abused by us and they made them shine, colors bright and mended like new.

Had 3 rugs cleaned and repaired. 2 silk and 1 wool. They did a great job with both washing and repairs. It took longer than expected, however after seeing the results, perfectly understandable.

They're professionals and know their business. I am very impressed and already recommended them to my sister and will do so with others.
