My a/c went out at 7pm after a very hot day. I suffered through the night and called Leo early in the morning. He asked a few questions and listened to my answers and as I explained the sound the system had made before quitting. He scheduled a technician that day. The technician arrived when expected. He was clean, courteous and professional. After examining the unit, he explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He had the needed parts and had my a/c running strong within the hour. I appreciated that he wore his mask correctly the entire time he was inside, as we are still emerging from this pandemic.

Lou was great. I got other bids and his was far below the others plus he was prepared to do the work immediately. I found his installers courteous, the worked very hard and answered my questions
