Very knowledgeable plumber - definitely will be our go to plumber in Reseda for all of our community's plumbing needs. He fixed our hot water issue (with a new pump) and replaced a water supply line. Edgar has been taking care of the plumbing at my co-op complex for many years now and has always been helpful, thoughtful, and great at problem-solving. Just last week, Edgar and his awesome crew finished a full remodel of my bathroom. Edgar and his crew were responsible, thoughtful, and respectful; they always wore masks, made sure my hardwood floors were protected where there were materials and took care of the cleanup. Edgar finished the project according to our agreed timeline and budget and the bathroom looks awesome. I was especially impressed by his crew's tiling and detail work. THANK YOU EDGAR and TEAM!

Was traveling northbound on Beach Blvd in Buena Park, and one of the branded vans came flying by me on my right side, cut me off and they transitioned across to the #1 lane from the #4, and then continued to weave in and out of traffic regardless of risk to other drivers. If this employee works how he drives, I would not trust any repairs done by him. This occurred at 11:45 on Tuesday, 20 November, 2022.

I called a plumber to come to my home to assist me in my clogged tub/shower. I came to the realization that this is a plumber I would not call again, or even recommend due to the expensive quote that he was presenting me. I was browsing on the internet to find another plumber and randomly selected Goodfellas Plumbing. Right away when I saw them committing to their duties, I knew I felt the most comfortable using their expert knowledge when working inside of my home. They looked inside the pipe within the tub and couldn’t find anything. They went more in depth, and found a big sloppy blob of gue that was affecting my tub, as well as my shower time since it was the only tub/shower in the house. The most comprehensive, with a well detailed explanation of dynamic options that best support us. Not just hard work, but integrity is a foundation to pleasing customers. Armen is honest, on time and always fixes it the first time.

Couldn’t help but notice the workers smoking and drinking beer while they’re working on the job. I’m sure their insurance company would have something to say about alcohol on the job and I’m not happy about the smoking right out the front door.

Amen is great - efficient and quick. He answered the phone and came within a few hours. I will use him again.

My home warranty company appointed the company to me, and the first thing I noticed is that the guy who answered the phone was super rude. And when he came to my home and he didn’t do anything just left. I’m just in shock. I would never recommend anyone use their service. Absolutely worst!

Armen is very nice and communicates very well. He give you a time window but he arrives at the very beginning of the time window. He does quality work.

Great guys! Did great work! Didn't leave until they got the water heater fixed because it went into lock-out and honored the 30 days because , oh yes I kid you not, it locked out again 28 days later! Called on 29th and they came in a few hours, and again... didn't leave until it was fixed! At no charge for the 2nd visit of course!

Did not snake my mainline and told the insurance that there was no cleanout for access. I sent pictures to the insurance company as evidence there was a cleanout and they sent another company that quickly snaked out my line...This company did absolutely nothing.

I am the owner of a general contracting company and started a couple of private projects for a very important client of mine in LA. My previous plumber dropped the ball on me and i was hesitant to use my old plumber for these new projects. I asked around for a good plumber (plumbing company), and a good friends of mine recommended Armen at JO Plumbing. I gave JO Plumbing a chance on one of the projects and he completely came through. JO Plumbing is now part of my A team subcontractors for all my projects.

He is able to fix almost any plumbing issue, is great at installs and also provides clear and concise advise on equipment and plumbing needs.

This plumber/rooting company was appointed by my insurance to me for service. We tried to follow up with them but the guy who answered the phone was supppppeeerrr ruudddee and he told us that service will be next day at 5pm. Beware of this company!

My home warranty sent them out. He took one quick look at my water heater then went back to his truck and 30 min later he comes back saying I have to pay 800 bucks out of pocket for some called upgrades. Which my contract say that my water heater and all components are covered. But since he wrote it needs special stuff they won’t cover it now. This company tries to scam and make quick bucks.

Armen called early in the morning and gave us his first appointment of the day. The project entailed more than was expected, and even though it could have been an issue with First American who had sent him, he did the extra work at no extra cost. Armen was polite, professional, exceptionally courteous, and he worked quickly. Thank you for a very positive experience!
