25 minutes and still waiting for propane exchange

The service is poor, only one line at the self checkout, one at the register, and long line of people at both. Plus when you need to ask a question no one around to help you.

No one is ever friendly when I come to spend my money 😒. Danetrias was even extremely rude to me yet nicer to the person in front of me.

Had to Exchange a light and the Lady that was working the Return Desk was Amazing then got what i needed and went to the SELF CHECK OUT YES SELF CHECK OUT AND THE LADY WAS CHECKING PEOPLE OUT AND TWO OF THE REGISTERS WHERE OUT OF ORDER SO WAITED WHILE SHE WAS SCANNING ITEMS OH WAIT I THOUGHT THIS WAS THE SELF CHECK OUT I GUESS THE LADY AT SELF CHECK OUT DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS IM SO GOING OUT OF MY WAY AND GO TO LOWES NEXT TIME

I bought a plant and was checking out at the garden section, and the plant did not have a price tag on it. I told the cashier that I had seen a larger potted plant similar to the one I was buying for $10.98, but she insisted to call for assistance. The person on the phone asked what kind of plant it was, she didnt know. She asked me, I didnt know. She seemed to be irritated that I didnt know what kind of plant it was, but I thought shes the one working in the garden center. Shouldn't she know???? By this time theres a line forming, she ended up charging me $12.98, but since it took so long to get an answer and there was a line I just paid the $12.98. In my opinion if an employee works in a curtain section, they should be knowledgeable in that section!!!

There were too many (3) "watering" staff just getting in the way. Common sense tells you to stock before opening or right after closing. Not during busy times.

Sometimes I wish they just keep 2 cashiers out in the gardening section. I know they got the self checkouts but just from habit I like to go to the outside gardening area to buy my products and get to my truck quickly.

Customer service sucked. At the Rialto HD

Well home depot is like going to a candy store
You just want buy everything.
But beware over night stocker are putting some item in wrong location or double check .
We had two very nice sales person help out and that made our evening.

Loved the prices

This just has typical gardening supplies and plants nothing special or different, plus someone smoked the wrong tree here and this section was closed for a while.

Bring your owns bags, get here no later then 10:15PM & keep a eye on your shopping cart.
