Excellent customer service. Our technician Noel was great and definitely fixed our issue. Affordable prices!

AC went out on Tuesday we called and had next day service. We had to get a new AC unit and Noel was quick with communicating options and pricing. New AC was installed on Saturday. Baseline Heating and Air Conditioning have been our go to for the past few years and they do not disappoint.

I recently had my AC replaced and I am so pleased with it. It runs great. They are very professional and when noel came down to try to fix/ diagnose my unit he didn’t try to instantly sell me a new one like other companies did. He tried to solve The issue and took the time to show and explain to me that my unit was completely at the end of its life. The pricing was also very good compared to other places. They were very professional and reliable, and even wore those little shoe covers when going into my house, which I love cause I’m a clean freak. They also left everything clean after they finished which I thought was nice. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Cheers to cooler days ahead 🍻

If you need your heating and/or air conditioning looked at, do not look further and just contact Baseline Heating and Air Conditioning. I reached out to them for a quote to get my ductwork replaced and they quickly set me up with an appointment to visit my home the following day. Peter was the assigned technician and he kept me informed of his ETA, which I appreciated. Upon arrival, he asked me what my concerns were and began inspecting our HVAC system. What I appreciated the most about Peter was that he took the time to look at the whole system and educated me on the different components of the system, and what things to look out for. He was thorough and explained everything in a genuine and concise way. I sincerely felt that he had our best interest in mind and I never felt like he was trying to sell us on anything. That interaction was a welcomed surprised and rare to find in today's environment. Peter could have easily just looked at the ductwork, provided an estimate and been on his way out. Instead, he took the time to ensure everything was functioning to optimal performance.

My HVAC system had never been serviced by a professional technician since purchasing our home so we moved forward with a recommended diagnostic/maintenance service which included a thorough cleaning of several components of the system. Our system was in dire need of that, and I can't thank Peter enough for the detailed and thorough job he did. Our system was so dirty. It was incredible to see the before and after photos. My experience with Baseline Heating and Air Conditioning exceeded my expectations! I spoke with them late yesterday afternoon and they had someone out first thing this morning and had my air conditioner up and running very quickly. Peter, the technician, was amazing to deal with. He was very personable and professional and I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone looking for heating or air-conditioning repairs. Being a senior on a fixed income, I was very worried about how much this repair would cost, but fortunately it was fixed quickly, efficiently and for a price that I feel was very fair! In July 2024, I was in search of two new HVAC systems. ( Yes, OUCH). After 5 estimates, I decided to have the system replaced by Baseline Heating. Noel did not try to sell me the most expensive brand or model. He taught me how to differentiate the specs of the various models so my husband and I could make an informed decision. He even offered us all applicable available discounts.

The installation team was clean, professional and thorough. After the installation was complete, Noel returned to check the quality of the installation. Everyone involved clearly knew what they were doing.

In Oct 2024, Noel came back to make sure the heating system was ok. He could not check that part of the systems when it was installed due to the 100+ degree temp in July. Everything was fine.

Fast forward to July 2025, Noel contacted us to set an appointment for our yearly check up. All is well.

We are extremely happy with our new quiet, energy-efficient system. We are also very happy with the customer service that Baseline Heating & Air offers. I definitely recommend their service and will continue to use them in the future. A++
