Plumbing reviews in Rialto, California

Jaime is very helpful and always helps us when we need it . Thank you so much !

Spoke to the gentleman on the phone and I was able to describe exactly what my company was looking for and he gave me great guidance. Very helpful and polite.

Jaime was very professional, straightforward and very reasonable in terms of cost. Will definitely use his service again in the future.

Needed to fix a dripping Backflow. From initial conversation to final completion of the work, Jaime Perez was very professional, straightforward, and responsive. No complaints. Will hire him again.

I’ve been using Pro Backflow Testing Services for several years now. My neighbors and I all get our annual backflow check done by Jaime. He is very responsive, reasonably priced, and flexible on scheduling. I would definitely recommend him.

Fast professional and very helpful fixed it right away

Isaiah fixed my PVC water main line to my home, surprisingly quick and reasonably. Thank you again!

The technician was informative but friendly.
I really appreciated how careful & clean they were while performing the job.
I would definitely use them again.

Very good service and Isaiah did a good job fixing and replacing my faucet compression valves. He's a pretty nice guy too.

Excellent service....I needed plumbing services ASAP and Isaiah came right away. Very reasonable price and extremely professional... I will be using again for all my plumbing needs.

I’ll start this review by saying how extremely happy Iam😁😁 Isaiah showed up on time and got srarted right away! He didn’t waste time looking for tools or parts. He was friendly, professional and followed safty protocal. Hefinished the job in under 2 hours ! Folks I have found my forever plumbing company 👍🏼

The water pressure to my entire house was down to a trickle. Imagine not being able to do laundry, wash dishes, water your plants or even take a shower. Isaiah responded and systematically
went through the process of elimination to identify the problem and was able to fix it. My water pressure is now better than it has ever been. He was very professional and even gave me a military discount on his great work.

Isaiah Infante showed up earlier than estimated, which was great. He got down to business and cleared up our clogged drain issue in no time...much appreciated.

Their guy Isaiah Infante was super smart and knowledgeable, the guy knows his stuff. He identified the problem and got me a great quote and did it fast. He will be asked for by name if I have another need from them.

Very nice and professional. Took care of the problem fast. Was able to find/locate the clean out something that the insurance and Elite company were unable to locate.

Amazing Plumber,, A type of person that is difficult to find. He explains his services very well and recommends the best way to solve the problem. I highly recommend him.

Drain Edge Rooter is the BEST Plumbing services we've had in over 20 years. As homeowners you want fast, reliable and affordable services. Which they are all of the above. Isaiah is a great plumber and extremely honest and trustworthy. We've been homeowners for 22 years and Drain Edge Rooter will be our plumbers for the rest of our ownership!

BEWARE!!! I paid for sewer line camera inspection to figure out scope of work needed and to help locate the mainline sewer. Isaiah came out and said he had located it for us and showed me where it was supposedly located (I marked it) but he was wrong or lied about location and depth of drain pipe. I can’t help but think I was lied to to discourage me from diy. Nonetheless I dug where he said the pipe was and that turned out to be incorrect. Waste of money!

Just wanted to leave a review and let everyone know that Isaiah was very professional and the service was amazing I wish I could heave 10 starts instead of 5 he was friendly and he took the time to explain the situation if anyone is ever having seconds thoughs on going with Isaiah from drain edge don't thing again he will solve all your problems with a smile on his face and have a great attitude I will always call him for my plumbing needs and he's very reasonable on pricing compared to big chain companies who don't care and want everything you have

Isaiah came to the rescue at 9:15 with my son bathroom sink that was leaking. I’m glad he was able to run to get the parts this late and got it all done 10:20pm. Highly recommended!!

I was so impressed with these guys. They are dedicated hard workers committed to doing the job right the first time with no added cost. Isaiah went above and beyond to get the job done. If you’re looking for honest hardworking plumbers give these guys a try.😊
