Efficient repairman but didn’t give an estimate of any kind.

Pat was GREAT had our refrigerator running in 30 minutes, he made us happy. Great customer service.

This was such a pleasure! The technician was courteous and polite, called in advance to tell me when he was en route, and was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes. Was also able to set expectations on how long it would take for the fridge to get back to normal before I buy new groceries :)

Though he was not able to fix the issue he was very helpful in describing the problem and explaining possible alternative solutions.

The tech was great getting the parts and a tech to our home was a nightmare. We were rescheduled on multiple occasions due to the parts not arriving on time. Then when all the parts finally arrived I called and received an appointment, I drove all the way from the central valley just to receive a message the day of the appointment that the tech had been rescheduled due to parts not arriving. When I called I was told that I didn't call even though I had the appointment in my phone calendar from the message sent by them. I was the told it would be two more weeks before they could get someone out to perform the repairs. At this point our fridge has been out for almost a month. I don't think you all truly care about your customers. I explained that I took off work and drove up from the central valley and all I got was "I understand, can you be at your home 1 week from now, will that work for you"? I normally do not complain but clearly there is something a miss here. If I treated my customers like this they would not use my services for long. Sorry, I digress. I hope you all figure out the breakdown in your processes.

Want to give him a five star for fixing the oven but I can’t. Waited 4 hours on 7/8/2025 (from 1-5pm) then the technician called and let me know around 5:15pm that he won’t make it and have to reschedule the next day. Then the next day almost the same 3 1/2 hours wait before finally showing up at 4:30pm. First time I’m not happy with the service with AHS. 7 1/2 hours wait to fix an oven was not good customer service.

Patrick did an efficient and timely repair. He was courteous and cleaned his work area.

He broke the dial on my washer machine and then when I wouldn’t sign off as pre-existing damage he refused the repair the washer and left. I asked for his managers name and he said it’s AI. Worst service experience!

I had a great all appliance maintenance service visit. The service technician was excellent. Very thorough. Arrived on time. Very competent and courteous. He seemed very efficient and technically knowledgeable. Patricio was terrific in every way!

Our Technician was EXCELLENT! He diagnosed the problem on his first visit, ordered the new part, and 3 full weeks later installed the new part. The washing machine works perfectly now.
The BIGGEST issue we have is that it took 5 (FIVE) WEEKS between first scheduling the repair service to getting it fixed! (2/24 scheduled the service and 3/28 it was repaired!) During that time we had 7 appointments that were either cancelled OR no one showed up with no communication!

The repairman was prompt, efficient and courteous. He worked diligently to repair my dishwasher.

The Sears technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He replace the gasket lining on the refrigerator door very neat and quick.

My washer/dryer combo wasn't quite working right, but it was working. Darren B. from Sears Appliance Repair skillfully assessed the problem and fixed it.

Leroy is clearly very good at his job. He was prompt and very courteous!

Patricio was prompt and thorough with his diagnostics. He came across as reliable and trustworthy. He is very experienced with kitchen appliances and you can't go wrong if you hire him for a job.

Maria was very fast, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a small problem of a blockage in the stove burner. She not only fixed it but it showed me what to look for in the future and how to prevent it.
