Ally Electrical & Solar is a rare find--a small family-owned business with honesty, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. Owners Nur and Metin (husband and wife) helped us design our residential solar system, recommended panel brands, sizing, and placement,as well as navigating us through the maze of PG&E and local requirements. Their installers are their own employees-- no "outsourcing" installations to third-party vendors! Many of their staff have been with them for decades, which says everything about how dedicated Nur and Metin are to caring for both their customers and their staff. We contacted almost a dozen solar companies before selecting Ally and are so happy we did. They are first-class people and a pleasure to work with. And of course, our system is working perfectly and they continue to be available to answer questions. Our best contractor experience in 48 years of home ownership.

Nasty service.... no customer service etiquette at all... short fused people who don't deal with you if you are ordering things for home repairs they only deal with "PROFESSIONAL" MEANING IF You BUY MORE WE CAN BE NICE

My first time coming to leaner electric because I normally purchase out in Concord, however I would probably never come back given the service initially with Alonzo; maybe he was having a really bad day. But I don't think it's too much to ask how much things cost, or or if I paid for some thing to verify that I actually received it and will call. However, since I couldn't get anyone to help me I was able to find somebody in the back, named Alex, who was outrageously kind and very willing to help. The prices are a little less than stellar compared to the competition. Maybe next time will be better.
