We recently had our bathroom remodeled, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Elmer was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. He listened carefully to what we wanted, offered great suggestions, and kept us updated throughout the process. The quality of the work truly shows everything from the tile work to the fixtures was installed with precision and care. The project was finished on time, and the work area was kept clean every day, which we really appreciated. Our bathroom now feels like a completely new space; modern, functional, and beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this contractor to anyone considering a remodel. He exceeded our expectations in every way. This wasn’t our first experience with them. Last year, they remodeled our kitchen, and that turned out just as amazing. Both projects completely transformed our home, and we get so many compliments from friends and family.

I was in desperate need of my bathroom needing to be remodeled, tlc construction brought my entire vision to life. For the past couple of weeks I’ve fallen completely in love with my new bathroom thanks to them. I definitely plan on reaching out again when it’s time to repair my balcony.

Elmer did such a great job on helping me bring my ideas to life. I sit in my bathroom longer because it's so beautiful. I just want to say thank you for being so professional and reasonable with me. Elmer and his team are the best you want great work reach out to them.

We recently worked with Elmer and his team from TLC Construction on a home project involving door frame and staircase reinforcement, and I’m extremely happy with the results.

Elmer has deep knowledge of home structures and provided a reinforcement plan that gave solid support while also minimizing the project scale and cost. His thoughtful approach showed both expertise and honesty.

Throughout the work, the team explained every key detail so I could clearly understand what they were doing. Their workmanship and professionalism were outstanding. For finishing, they even painted the entire wall to ensure perfect color blending, even though I had only asked for a door repair — such care and attention to detail really impressed me.

I highly recommend Elmer and his team for anyone looking for trustworthy, skilled, and thoughtful professionals. I’ll definitely reach out to them again for future projects!

We've done a fair amount of projects with Elmer and his crew. I really value his transparency and his communication. A few projects entailed fixing some water damage, where water is leaking through the walls. I won't call anyone else for this. He does a really good job with this and runs really good tests after repair to ensure that the problem is solved. Before I had met Elmer, I had talked to a good amount of people about repairing a wall leak, but they kept proposing things that did not feel right and were not reasonable in price. Elmer is very knowledgeable and is someone I trust doing work in my home.

I’m so grateful for the wonderful job TLC Construction did on my bathroom remodel. Elmer Ayala was amazing throughout the entire project. His communication was clear, consistent, and incredibly helpful, making the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
Elmer truly listened to what I wanted and made sure every detail matched the vision I had for my dream bathroom. The final result is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
I highly recommend TLC Construction and Elmer for anyone looking for great service, professionalism, and a team that genuinely cares about delivering perfect results.
