Ally Electric and Solar did such a great job installing my initial solar system, I brought them back to do all the electrical for my new ADU including an expansion of the solar system. Their pricing is always fair, they handle all the permitting -- no easy task when it comes to PG&E -- and are diligent, sweating all the details. I highly recommend them.

I have had a chance to work with Ally Solar a number of times over the last few years. They relocated a solar panel array, installed panels, and worked with PGE to upgrade my house service to 200 amps. Throughout, they have been good to work with, responsive and professional. PGE, on the other hand, was always swamped, backed up in their scheduling, and generally difficult. Moral of the story: Ally was great, PGE not so much. I would definitely recommend Ally.

I recently had solar panels and a battery installed by Ally through PGE's SGIP program. Nur was on top of the ever changing requirements of the SGIP program as well as significant paperwork and Metin and the crew were great to work with through permitting and installation, which was no small feat given the rush before the tax credit expired last year. My install wasn't very big, but it is a significant investment and I did a lot of research to understand my options. Ally was a great company to work even though my project was smaller and took up a lot of time because of PGE hoops. So far it's working great and I love using almost all my own energy!

The Ally Electric and Solar team are great to work with. They deliverd a working solar/battery system on time and within budget. Meting and Nur were in regular contact and made sure all PGE paperwork, issues and questions were addressed quickly.

After getting four other quotes, the other solutions I received were well-intentioned but complicated and expensive. Ally Electric and Solar came in with a straightforward solution that simply worked, at a fraction of the price of other bids. That alone set them apart.
From start to finish, they were punctual, communicative, and professional. The job was completed quickly, they left the space cleaner than they found it, and they even took care of a couple of small things that weren't part of the original scope, no extra fuss. That kind of attention and care is rare.

They have no knowledge nor expertise!

Got a bid from these folks and their contract- which their sales person Oliver Canbazoglu called "a template for the basic info" when I questioned them about how it released them from any responsibility including output production. I asked them to send me a real contract. They never got back to me- 13 days later, still nothing!!! Do not trust these folks!!! Shady contract!!!

The service and carry through by Ally certainly put in in a class by itself…we received all the government incentives, and what has been been a real surprise, is that we will pay off the solar system with our energy savings…two and a half years from the installation of our system.

Metin and his team were prompt and courteous. They did a great job at an affordable price putting in recessed lights and bringing our breaker panel up to code.

Ally, replaced two microinverters on our solar array. The work was done professionally, extremely well and the service was excellent. We recommend them highly.

The team has been very diligent with installation of our solar panels and battery. They have a very skilled staff with in-depth knowledge on the subject. They've gone over every detail meticulously. Their post-installation support and reachability is phenomenal. The quality of craftsmanship is top notch.

They did a great job installing recessed lights, grounding some outlets, changing a bathroom fan, and putting an extra outlet in the bathroom. I've worked with them before, and what I like about Ally is that they are usually able to get started rather quickly, and they don't ask for reviews online (which gets annoying when you're pressured into it). They're licensed and they know what they're doing - they are professionals after all - that's all I need!

Metin and Nur of Ally Electrical and Solar help me to go solar recently. Also per my request Metin upgraded my main electrical panel. Their prices were lower than other solar companies. Their material was made in USA, and the installation was supper accurate. In addition, Nur was in contact with me continuously up dating me with permitting and installation process. Metin he is an experienced electrician for over 3 decades. He dropped by the project site, to check the installation and final inspection. I highly recommend this company for installing Solar system, Solar battery and upgrading main electrical panel.

We would recommend Metin, Nur, Daniel and crew hands down to do solar panels at our home. They sent us cut sheets of the panels and all equipment that they were going to use. They were very professional and responsive. They walked me through the app on my phone at the end of the project. I'm happy to be part of the "green movement".

I've had Ally Electric and Solar do a lot of work at my house, from installing a big solar system to new electrical work. Metin and his crew are very experienced, nice, and honest. I've enjoyed working with them on each project and I've even referred them to several friends. They seem to be able to do everything! I will continue to use them in the future.

Ally recently installed our home's solar and electrical system with new main service and subsidiary electrical breaker panels. We should have done solar years ago but were concerned about esthetics given our home's age and appearance. They helped us site the panels on our complex steep gabled roof, put conduits through our attic, and positioned the batteries and switches well to help minimize the esthetic impact. We have seen our total kWh decline below our pre-solar values in winter and our looking forward to more savings.

Because Ally had a competitive bid, we asked them to do some additional upgrades including an additional solar panel and upgrading a junction box. In addition, the Saglam's helped us complete our applications to PGE for the various programs to recognize small generators of electrical power for the grid.
