When it’s important to get the job done right the first time, I call Pinnacle. Then, I don’t have to worry about a problem cropping up later on and having a redo. Tyler and Ortiz came to my house and replaced a stubborn, rusted 1970s kitchen faucet with a new modern one. It wasn’t so easy but they remained professional and polite. This whole company is wonderful and it’s locally owned, family owned and it feels good to support their business. Go Pinnacle!

Not all heroes wear capes, and that is exactly what Tyler and David are for coming to save the day for me, my wife and kids. Our sewage ejector pump gave out and they responded quick with urgency. They were very knowledgeable and immediately knew the what the problem was and what they needed to do to fix it. They wasted no time in ordering the necessary part and got to work as soon as it was delivered. They were very friendly and helpful at explaining the whole process from beginning to end. Even though it was a crappy situation (literally) they still had the best attitude about it and made the whole experience easy and convenient. Incredible job guys! Super grateful and appreciative of you both. It honestly really meant a lot! Thank you again to Raul and Pinnacle Plumbing. Highly recommend them and will be referring them to anyone who may need their services.

WARNING!!! Fraud Alert!!! I contacted Pinnacle Plumbing to clear a clogged sewer line. From the start, the experience was disappointing and ultimately very costly for no reason.

I was initially told by their office that clearing the line would cost between $200 and $400. When the technician arrived, I was told they could not clear the clog because their snake allegedly could not be used through the restroom door and that doing so would be “unsafe.” I asked if they could at least attempt it from the doorway, but Raul (the owner) refused.

Instead, I was told the only option was to install a cleanout, clear the line, and run a camera for $975. I agreed to the cleanout only because I urgently needed the line cleared, despite the price being far higher than what I was quoted.

After installing the cleanout, they sent me the full $975 invoice. When I asked if the line was cleared, Raul told me they were unable to clear it, claiming there was a severe blockage of rags or wipes under my hot tub and that I would now need to:

    Move the hot tub
    Cut the deck
Dig to locate the sewer line
Replace the clogged section of pipe

In other words, even more work and cost. After pushing back, they reduced the invoice to $675, which Raul clearly did not like.

    Here’s the most important part:
I called a friend who has experience with this kind of work. We moved the hot tub, opened part of the deck, and couldn’t even locate the pipe. As a last attempt, we rented a 75-ft snake from Home Depot and tried to clear the line ourselves.

    It worked. Completely.

The clog was cleared without replacing any pipe, and it was not difficult. I have photos and videos documenting this.

This strongly suggests Pinnacle Plumbing did not properly attempt to clear the line and instead pushed unnecessary work to increase the bill. Based on my experience, this company creates extra scope to charge more rather than honestly solving the problem.

I strongly advise others to get a second opinion or avoid this company altogether.

Very professional and friendly. Came out New Years Eve and was quick to fix our heater. Great company.

Completely misled us on how much the final charge was going to be. Intentionally misled us on the total price, and the quality of the work was horrendous, it looked like an amateur job. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.

Was really cold when my heater went out , it is not always easy to get parts quickly in this area. They went out of their way to get my heater up and running as quickly as possible.
    Thanks Mike

Previous 1 star reviews are spot on. Mike is arrogant and unprofessional. The business in general is very unorganized and the quality of work is questionable at best. Look for a more professional company.

I am very impressed with Wicks. I have a small hotel in the area with numerous forced air heaters and air conditioners. Wicks always comes immediately and does a fine job repairing any problem that I have. I highly recommend this company

Mike is the best! Said he'd be at our home in an hour and he was. Fixed our furnace in a short period of time and was pleasant to chat with while he was working.

My heating went out at 1:00 in the morning on a snowy day. I called Wicks, they
were here at noon; it was the motor. Being on Social Security, I couldn't afford the estimated cost-about $900. The owner(?) said he'd look in his inventory & see if there was a used motor. At 5-ish Raul(?) came, with the used motor, installed it, & I have heat! $261.!! Thank you Thank you to Wicks!

I have had great experience with this company. I called this morning at 7 with a heating problem. Mike said he would have his service man come by and take a look first thing. Service man was there at 8:15. Small problem he fixed in about 20 min. This was the second time they helped me.I could not be happier!
