Brosway Construction did a complete remodel of our kitchen. We had several companies give us estimates. We went with them because they listened to what we want and gave us an idea on what they can do for us.

Other companies told us what they wanted to do and shot down most of our ideas. From the beginning to end their team was always available to answer questions and give advice.

We saw Brosway Construction working on a deck in our neighborhood and decided to hire them for dry rot repair and a roof replacement on our backyard shed. They responded quickly and scheduled an estimate for the next day.
After inspecting the shed, they found damaged shingles and plywood and explained everything clearly. They did a great job and it was done on time. Also, everything was left clean when they finished.
Overall, we are happy with the service and would recommend Brosway Construction.

I needed two options for bathroom remodeling. Yaroslav came in, made measurements, said he will send over estimates on the same date. It was not important for me to get it the same day, however he did not send it so the first red flag that the company doesn't do what they are going to do. Once I got the estimate, I had a few questions about the first estimate, for the second estimate I openly said we have another company who offered 2 times cheaper for labor. Yaroslav did answer some of my questions, but ignored a question why electrical is included in price when there is nothing to do with electricity and we did not ask to change/work on electrical. Additionally, Yaroslav made negative comments about other companies, how they work, and even assumed they are criminals, which I've never asked about his opinion and it is for sure a huge RED flag when company instead of proving how good they are just giving negative opinions about everyone else!

I don't recommend working with them! Very unprofessional!
