I called s/k plumbing for a tricky drain issue.
They sent out shayea, who was an awesome plumber with a great set of tricks up his sleeve to troubleshoot and clear the issue. He was knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, resourceful and a pleasure to work with. Issue solved!

We had an outrageous water bill and couldn’t figure out where the leak was . S&k came over the house and trouble shooted all of toilets, went under the bathroom cabinets and when they went underneath the house it was determined that the water softener was leaking water . they dig up the ground and saw the pipe was cracked 2 feet deep .
This company was awesome because it was a Friday night when they arrived . They not only found the problem they explained how they were going to fix the problem. The estimate quoted was reasonable! I’m most impressive with their investigative work and knowledge of expertise !!!!

We had a positive experience overall with Shayea. He was very personable, responsive, and genuinely committed to fixing the issue. There were some challenges with coordinating the water shutoff with our HOA, which led to some delays, and the final appearance of the repair wasn’t as seamless as we’d hoped. Given our timeline, we opted to proceed with cutting the cover instead of waiting for a new part. We would suggest clearer communication upfront and a more thorough assessment of all the parts needed. That said, we truly appreciate Shayea’s effort, dedication, and responsiveness throughout the process.

Shayea installed a new toilet and fixed a couple smaller issues around the house He even picked up the new toilet from Home Depot and hauled away the old one. Great service and fair pricing compared to other quotes received. Will use S/K plumbing again!
